When you are breaking on the inside ;
Trying to stay calm
When your mind is a roaring storm.
                          It's so hard to talk 
When all you want is silence ;
It's so hard to smile
When all you want to do is cry.
                          It's so hard to befriend
When my walls are up high;
Trust me I wanted to let you in
