Y/N's POV
Gabriel has just gotten out of juvie (they made him finish his sentence) and I'm so frickin excited he wasn't allowed visitors so I haven't seen him in 4months.

Time skip

I was constantly clinging onto Gabriel because I hadn't seen him and while he was in juvie something bad happened.
*flashback*
I was walking down the street without a care in the world when I started getting catcalled I didn't think anything of it and started walking faster, but the person caught up to me and spun me around they grabbed my hand and stared walking. Then next thing I knew I was shoved into an alley and blacked out I reported it to the police and all they said was "what were you wearing?"" Sweatpants and a sweatshirt" "what were you doing " "walking down the street" "we can't help you, you don't even know what they look like"
*end of flash back*
So while we were walking down the street and I was holding onto Gabriel for dear life he stopped and looked at me. "Why are you being so clingy y/n I haven't even been home for a day and you're all up on me give me space damn." With that I took off running I woulda argued if it wasn't for the fact that this strange guy had been following us.
On my way home I ran into Dariush.
"Hey Y/N/N! What's wrong?" He said his face completely softening while realizing my state. "Gabriel went off on me and called me clingy" I continued to explain about what was happening since he already knew what happened to me when Gabriel wasn't there. "Hey I can talk to him if you want" he said trying to help. "No it's fine don't want him to feel bad that he wasn't here" I said looking down. "Hey why don't we go for ice cream that usually cheers you up" I agreed and we began walking to the ice cream parlour. Once we got there we ordered and sat down "I can't believe you got chocolate chip cookie dough, brownie batter is clearly the best" he said laughing " what no chocolate chip cookie dough is the best" I said also laughing. We just kept talking about random stuff as we ate our ice cream. Somewhere between getting and finishing our ice cream Gabriel walked in. " why don't you just tell him what happened y/n"
" because I don't want his pity but I also don't want him to be mad at me for being clingy but I can't help it-" "can't help what" I looked up to see Gabriel "look let's talk I said taking his hand and walking out of the ice cream parlour. " look while you were gone something happened" "did you cheat" "what no of course not. One day while I was walking home I kept getting catcalled I ignored it but walked faster the person caught up to me and grabbed my hand" I felt him wipe a tear from my cheek which I hadn't noticed had fallen. "He pulled me into an alley and the rest is a blur all I know is when I woke up o was sore, bruised, and naked. I went to the cops and they didn't help." At this point I was sobbing Gabriel and I started walking to his house he picked me up and just cradled me in his arms. After we got there we went to his room he grabbed one of his sweatshirts and let me get changed after we cuddle "what happened when we were on street earlier" "some guy kept following us. and i got nervous" he pulled me into him and kissed my forehead as I drifted off in his arms.
