Jason's POV
I can't believe they said that to him, now I'm glad that instead of telling Tony and Steve that I'm Trans I just told them "my hair keeps getting in the way, so I cut it really short." And they've been calling me Jason for years for some reason, that's how I came up with the name in the first place.
Peter was brave to come out, stupid yes, but brave. (My rant for this is at the end of the story 😂) I'm going to kill them. Okay, maybe not me. I'm gonna have Aunt Tasha kill them. I knock on the door of Ned's apartment and the door opens instantly, though I don't know who opened it, I was more concerned by the fact that my brother was in a ball on the floor crying his eyes out. "Pete?" I asked, my voice cracking as I tried not to start crying, Peter doesn't need me to break down at the moment. In fact this whole situation has given me an idea.
"Watch him please. Keep him away from sharp objects, inside, and away from any and all windows. If it has the possibility of killing him, keep him away from it." I said as I gave my brother one last hug and then watched him land face first on the couch. I swear if he doesn't come out of this soon, I'm calling in my secret weapon. "We've got him. Just go do whatever mystery thing you have to do." MJ said as she pushed me out the door of Ned's apartment.
"Hey Happy!" I said as I stepped into the elevator, I took a deep breath before saying "Friday take me to the penthouse please." "Of course Jessica. I mean Jason, sorry boss still has me programed to call you Jessica." The Airport sad sounding guilty. "You're fine, just please take me up and live stream everything that's about to happen to Ned's TV." I said as the elevator dinged, the doors opening a few seconds later to chaos.
All of the females, and most of the men were yelling at Tony and Steve, even Harley was here and yelling at them, though he stopped for a second to acknowledge my presence with a smile and nod of his head.
"Everyone shut up! I have something to say!" I yelled over the chaos, Nat, Harley, and Pepper looked at me probably having an idea of what I was about to do.
Peter's POV
"Everyone shut up! I have something to say!" Jason yelled causing me to look up and see the Avengers common room with everyone standing on the opposite side of the room from Steve and Tony. "Whatever it is, just don't say you're a lesbian or you're out of my tower just like your brother." Tony said, my brother laughed as he took a deep breath and said, "I'm not a lesbian. I have a boyfriend. However this does in fact make me gay." He said, I felt my jaw drop as he said the word gay, was she coming out as a he? Right now? After what just happened to me.
"I don't understand how you, a girl, having a boyfriend makes you gay " Steve said as Jason took one more deep breath.
Jason's POV
"I'M GAY AND TRANSGENDER MOTHERFUCKERS!!" I screamed as I took my shirt off to reveal the scars from when Pepper had paid for my top surgery, and to prove my point of gay I grabbed Harley, who happened to be my boyfriend and kissed him on the lips. "Oh yeah, and uh I'm a Panromantic Asexual." Harley said with a smile and a slight laugh at the faces of Captain America and Iron Man, who were shocked and angry. The rest of the people in the room however were cheering and laughing.
"That went better than expected." I said right as Steve and Tony lost it and started with the screaming and the disowning of someone that never belonged to them anyway.
So there's that....
Okay here's the rant....
Coming out is NOT stupid. It is the bravest and hardest thing you will ever do. Please do not use this as an example for coming out, do it on your terms and only when you feel comfortable enough that it won't effect you if you're not accepted.
Please if you don't feel safe coming out talk to someone and ask advice or tell your friends but not your family until you move out and don't have to live in the same house with them.
