The two boys had been caught up on the kiss so much that they barely realised that more minutes than expected had passed and everyone had gone to their classes, so when they pulled out, everyone around had indeed disappeared and were met with utter silence.
But it of course took them some time to realise that due to the awestruck feeling they both had.
When they realised what had happened,they both slightly panicked but found themselves not truly wanting to leave the embrace,so they stayed and just stared at each other,taking in all the little details of their appearances.
For example,Shinso had never noticed thr tiny freckles spreading just around the blonde's nose,or how he found his small eyebrows cute or his eyes,which always looked exited and determined now looked calm and sencere and Kaminari had never noticed how attractive his whole facial structure was,especially now that he had gotten older and gotten in highschool. He was never ugly,its just that he had gotten a more...mature? Facial shape that matched more to his age. Or made him look even older,in a good,attractive way of course. He also realised that many girls would fall for him and try and flirt with him. Highschool wasnt middle school. Teenagers are more mature and dont judge people thag easily. So more and more girls-or even boys- would eventually fall for Hitoshi.
Those thoughts tightened Denki's chest. He knew what the feeling meant. Yes,he was mostly oblivious to others' feelings for him or many other stuff but he had come into realising his own.
And he certainly knew he liked Shinso Hitoshi. He knew that.
He wasn't completely sure if the other felt like that too though. He was partly sure because of that oh so gentle kiss they had just shared. It was so sweet and gentle that shouldn't have been just at the heat of the moment. But he also couldn't confirm it since the other had said it out loud. And based on his character,he wouldn't make the first move. So it was up to Denki.
And it was now or never.
"...Hey...Shinso?"
"...Yeah?"
Kaminari gulped.
"Will you..um...would it be weird if i asked you to be my boyfriend?",he asked with a nervous smile.
Shinso looked to the side for a bit,seeming unsure,but he soon fixed his gaze on the other's and a small smile appeared on his face.
"Sure"
