Chapter 21

Buttercup POV

I open my eyes to see a ceiling, the same one I saw last time. So I must be in butch room. But what happened. Suddenly memories of what happened came flooding in like a tsunami on a town

I scream loud and tears start falling like waterfalls. I burry my face in my arm and scream more. My sisters are dead and it's all my fault. Suddenly questions start shooting in my head

Why did you go?

Why didn't you just kill them?

Why are you so weak?

Why didn't you just shoot?

Why didn't you tell butch how you felt that day?

Why are you so stupid?

Is princess right?

Do you really want to live like this?

Where is butch? That question shot up the most I start screaming and crying some more. I hear thumps up the stairs, the door opens. I look up to see my eyes meeting these big comforting forest eyes

It was butch I feel a little better but I scream again, he rushes over to me "What's wrong" he says putting his arms around me. When I feel his cold touch and his amazing scent I feel better but it still hurt

I wrap my arms around him and stuff my face into his chest, I start sobbing. He starts petting my hair "there dead their dead and it's all my fault" I say hugging him tighter. "Non of this is your fault" he says lifting my chin so I could look into his forest eyes.

"I'm sorry butch" I say crying some more, he hugs me tighter "i love you" he says with his chin on my head. He was cold but I still missed him and love him.

The door opens and boomer and brick walk inside, I immediately let go of butch and get off the bed. I walk up to them and look at the floor "I understand if you hate me" I say sobbing

I feel coldness and I look up to see boomer and brick hugging me. I try my best to smile and hug them back. I'm getting ust to the coldness but why are they always cold it's sort of in human.

They let go of me and look into my eyes "we're not mad at you" Boomer says with a smile "the girls are still..." brick says before I see blue and pink eyes at the door.

It's them, my eyes start watering as I run up to hug them both "I'm sorry" I start sobbing more. I feel cold arms wrap around me. "For what" bubbles ask in her cheerful voice

"For everything" I say and let go to see their eyes. I investigate their bodies to find everything was normal, but their warmth was missing they are so cold like a corpse.

This is weird it's summer if anything they should be hotter than a grill, for some reason I have this need to check there pulse. I grab bubbles wrist and try to feel or listen to something but nothing.

I also notice they were lighter to, and there hair grew a little longer and fuller. bubbles and blossom look at me worried "what's wrong" blossom ask. I back up a few steps from them "where is your pulse" I say backing up

"What are you talking about" brick says jumping into the conversation

"And why are you so cold all of you" I say now against a wall, they look at each other then me like I am crazy. But I don't let that stop me I keep going " You all are as white as snow" I say

"So..." Boomer says confused "so it's 100 degrees outside you should be the color of copper" I say now getting scared.

I look back at bubbles and blossom who look like their hiding something I question even further now acting like the fierce tiger I ust to be, "how are you still alive... you guys stopped breathing and were are the bullet holes" I say walking up to them getting in bubbles face because ik she can't keep secrets boomer can't either

"Bubbles what's going on" I say in her face, she looks everywhere but me until I grab her chin and make her face me "what is going on" I say stern she takes a gulp

Bubbles was hesitant until, blossom jumped in "Buttercup we don't know what your talking about" she says now in my face.

"Oh really" I say getting in her face "BUBBLES,BOOMER what is going on" I say, brick covers boomers mouth while blossom does the same to bubbles. They were quiet until 3... 2... 1...

"Me, blossom and the boys followed you to your gang, all the way up to battle but then we saw the guys you were fighting were only knocked out so we jumped in front taking the bullet for you but then boomer and brick gave us their blood, so we woke up and turned into vampires just like them they taught us to hunt and we took them shopping, we came back to find you were asleep so we didn't bother you and now here we are" she says gasping

"Me and brick couldn't live without bubbles and blossom, so we turned them so we could be together forever we taught them to hunt they taught us to shop but we still have to teach them to watch out for people so they don't kill anybody, we came back and played some games so we didn't disturb your rest we herd you screaming and now here you are." Boomer says gasping as well

"can you please tell me the truth" I say not buying a thing they said besides the shopping

"It is true" blossom says looking down, i guess i will have to play along with their game until I get the real answers maybe they went to the hospital while I was sleeping. How long was I asleep?

"Ok so your vampires" I say sarcastically "so are you going to suck my blood" I say chuckling "or should I get a wooden stake" 

Butch walks up to me "Buttercup it's real that's why... that's why we left because we couldn't control it so we had to stay and serve" he says looking into my eyes

I couldn't take all the tension I back up into a shelf we're a soccer trophy falls and scrapes my arm, I look over to see blossom and bubbles eyes they were blood red. The boys were holding them back, they were telling the truth? Vampires are real?

The boys were telling them to breathe everything was going in slow motion, I couldn't hear anyone but my thoughts, I could see their eyes go back to normal as they took deep breaths.

"What did you do" I say whispering to myself everyone looks at me it was silent until Brick ask "what?!". I get angry "WHAT DID YOU DO TO THEM?!" I yell. Boomer look like he is angry but holds it back "what we had to" he says stern

"You had a choice"  I say looking at my sisters. "Buttercup we chose the life were we get to live again, here with you" Bubbles says walking up to me

"No you could have gone to the hospital, I don't want u to be vampires you shouldn't have to" I say looking at my feet. Blossom looks like she is holding back some words until I say something that makes her snap

"You could have gotten better there" blossom starts chuckling "like they would have made it"

Everyone looks at her surprised about her tone what she said everything "I have tried my best with you two but you always make things so difficult, instead of questioning every little change how about a sorry"

"Sorry... for what" I snap back

"Sorry for joining a gang, sorry for sneaking out or maybe sorry for almost killing us" she says

"Blossom" bubbles says

I look down at my feet but blossom keeps going "I don't know what happened to you but you have been acting different and I hate it"

"And so what if I am no one asked you to follow me then maybe you wouldn't almost have died"
