Chapter 8

A week after Josie accident...

Lizzie POV

I am worried about Josie a lot since she still hasn't awaken up. Hope's family had said that she would wake up on her own time. I feel like I can't do anything without Josie so I haven't left the apartment until I get to go see her. Hope has watched my sister this whole week while Penelope is somewhat watching me. I just want Josie to wake up and be ok so we can do the things we used to. Dad knows what's going on and he said we chosen the right decision about Josie.  Penelope was just on the phone but I don't know with who. 

Liz- "Penelope was that Hope?"

P- "No that was your dad"

Liz- "Oh"

P- "He wanted to know what's going on when Josie"

Liz- "Yea"

P- "What's wrong Lizzie?"

Liz- "I was just hoping it was Hope and Josie woke up now"

P- "Josie would wake up soon"

Liz- "It's been a week and she still hasn't"

P- "But she will soon"

Liz- "If you say so Penelope"

P- "She will"

Liz- "Ok goodnight Penelope"

P-"Goodnight Lizzie"

The next day....

Hope POV

I woke up to a noise at 7:30am but I didn't know where it came from. I went to turn the light on and when I did I heard the noise again. I turned around and saw Josie's fingers starting to move which gave me a sign that she is going to wake up. I right away went to my phone and called Lizzie. Right when the phone was ringing I grabbed Josie's hand and she grabbed mine.

On the phone with Lizzie...

Liz-" What's wrong Hope? Did something happen? Is Josie ok?"

H- "Lizzie it's Josie"

Liz- "What is it?"

H- "She is moving her fingers"

Liz- "She is?"

H-"Yes she just grabbed my hand"

Liz- "I am coming right away after I wake up Penelope"

H- "Ok this might be her time"

Liz- "It is"

Lizzie had hanged up the phone and I looked at Josie. Her eyes were moving back and forward it looked like she was about to open her eyes. Then out of nowhere she let go of my hand and I shaked it.

H-"Josie"

H-"Please wake up"

H-"If you are going to wake up then just grab my hand"

H-"JOSIE!!"

My aunt Rebekah had walked in to the sound of me yelling out Josie's name

Re- "Loves what's wrong"

H- "Josie was moving and she grabbed my hand"

Re- "That should be good?"

H- "Yea but she let go not moving again after my call with her sister"

Re- "It's not her time you just have to wait my love"

H- "Ok but what do I tell Lizzie now"

Re- "Just tell her what had happen after the call"

H- "Ok aunt Rebekah"

Lizzie POV

I woke up Penelope and told her what Hope told me. She got up right away and we left to go to the house. When we made it to the house Hope told us what happen after the call. I got sad so I told them that I am just going to go walk around the house. So I did and I had got tired so I sat at a tree when I got a call for my dad.

On the phone with dad...

Liz- "Hey Daddy"

A- "Hey Baby how is your sister?"

Liz- "Hope said Josie grabbed her hand then let go"

A- "That's showing something right"

Liz- "Yea but I can't wait for her to wake up now"

A- "I know baby but it's all on her"

Liz- "Yea well I better get going back to Josie. Talk to you later"

A- "Yea bye"

Liz- "Bye Daddy"
