Chapter 14 - And Straight on 'til Morning

Caitlynn and Gold were taking a walk to Granny's as then a man came towards her, instantly Gold was for her as then he wanted attack her, he used his magic on the man and turned him into a bug. Then Neal came running towards them. "What the hell was that?"

"Caitlynn was getting attacked." Gold replied to his son, he put it dramatic.

Neal blinked at the man, he hadn't see the whole thing, but had heard it and thought he was doing something wrong. Either way he was angry at his father. "You're unreal, you know that? You spent years looking for me. I come to town." He told he father. "You disappear. Haven't even bothered to meet Tamara."

"Why should I concern myself with her?" Gold asked bored.

"We're getting married!" Neal shouted at his father.

"That's never gonna last, not while you carry a torch for Emma." Gold countered.

"You know, you haven't changed one bit. For a second, I thought you might have. I started to think maybe you were worth my time. I guess I was wrong." Neal started to walk away as then Gold called to him.

"And yet you're still here."

Neal turned around to look at him. "For Henry. Not you. As far as I'm concerned, you can stay the hell away from both of us." Then he walked away now for good and back to room.

Then Caitlynn stared at him. "What was his problem?"

"Stepped on the wrong side of the bed, maybe." Gold replied to her, frowning at what just happened.

"And that man, why did he wanted to attack me?" Caitlynn asked unsure.

"He was drunk and either way he won't want try that now anymore." Gold grinned imply.

"Yeah, he is a bug now, right, my love?" Caitlynn asked to him.

"Yes, sweetheart." Gold told her.

Then they walked further to Granny's for breakfast.

Then later, they were in Gold's shop. Gold went to learn Caitlynn how to make potions. Just then David and Mary Margaret came into the shop. "Sorry to interrupt the party."

"Well, I certainly don't remember inviting you two." Gold told them. He wanted to get back to learning Caitlynn potions. "We're closed."

"Not to us." David told the imp.

"We need your help." Mary Margaret countered. "Regina's missing, and we think she might be in danger."

"Just the way I like her." Gold grinned imply as then he pointed at Caitlynn. "Now if you'll excuse me..."

"No, I don't think so." David told Gold. "Whatever your feelings are about Regina, you still owe me a favor."

"I'm sure I could whip up something to find Regina, but tell me, why do the Charming's want to help the evil queen?" Gold asked to them.

"Because I owe her, after what I did to Cora." Mary Margaret replied to him.

"Never underestimate the power of a guilty conscience." Gold said as then he found something and open it.

"What is that?" Mary Margaret frowned at the thing.

"This is one of Regina's tears." Gold replied as he held it his hand.
