Depressed!Aloha x Army

Cod Aloha was a mess.

He couldn't remember when or why it started, but he found that it became much harder to get out of bed. Not to mention the lack of energy he's been having, especially when it came to surfing or even getting up at this point. And even feeling guilty for everything.

Aloha's phone ping, telling him someone texted him again, but what's the use? He waited out the call that soon came after, before making the effort to get up and see. His eyes widen from what he saw. Thirty missed texts and ten missed calls from Army? Why was Army trying to get a hold of him? His thoughts were answered when he heard his front door open and Army's voice.

"Aloha! Are you here?"

Why was Army here? Why did Army came over? His thoughts were answered when Army came to his room, seeing his shock and worried face. Why was Army looking so worried? He was an annoyance, wasn't he?

That didn't stop Army from moving closer to him, sitting on the edge of his bed. "You know we're always here for you Aloha."

Aloha knew that, but the voice in his head told him differently. That he was useless, annoyance-

The pat he felt broke his thoughts before he caved in. Why did Army care? He let himself be brought into the hug Army was giving him, hearing his words.

Though the voice in his head told him to go to the ocean, Army's arms wouldn't let him go.

Maybe just once he'll stay longer.
