Love on Earth

The Mission

It had been years since Bellamy had seen the outside of the jail corders. The guards take them out once a month to let them roam around the "lawn" of the jail corders. While they roam around the "lawn", the higher class watches them to see what they do. Bellamy had noticed a couple of the pretty girls, but then remember that they are of the "higher class" and would never fall for someone who was imprisoned for doing something illegal.

Clarke's little sister, Raven, was in the jail corders for sneaking food into one of her friend's cells. Clarke was heartbroken when she saw her little sister being pushed into a cell, calling for Clarke to come and take her home. Or whatever you call a space station in space. Clarke hated her parents ever since that day. She never ate dinner with them. She snuck out of important events. And, she never told them she loved them or even goodmorning/goodnight to them. Clarke's and Raven's parents were probably the most strict out of the leading committee. They had no heart, soul, or feelings. They were almost like robots. Clarke remembers from time to time about whenever she was younger, her parents would never play with either of their kids. Clarke has just gotten used to it, but the day they locked their own flesh and blood away was the day Clarke had had enough.

Later in the day~
Clarke's POV

Clarke- "Mother, when are they opening the jail corders up to let them roam around the lawn this month?"

Mother- "They aren't letting them out this month."

Clarke- "What?! Why??!"

Mother- "We are going to launch an experiment we have been planning for a long time!" She said with a little excitement and proudness in her voice.

Clarke- "What kind of experiment, Mother?"

Mother- She tried to hold it in, but she couldn't. "We are going to send 100 delinquents to Earth! Isn't that fantastic?!"

Clarke got dizzy for a moment trying to figure out what her mother just said, but then she replied..

Clarke- "Are.. you.. in.. sane..?"

Mother- "You aren't happy? You should be. If they survive then we get to go back home!"

Clarke- "You are willing to send YOUR OWN FLESH and BLOOD DOWN TO EARTH ON A SUICIDE MISSION?!!! YOU ARE CRAZY! I HATE YOU!"

Then Clarke stormed off to her room. Leaving her mother in the dim lighted kitchen.

Clarke has to do something. She had to protect her sister. She went across all options. And only one sounded reasonable, going down to Earth with the rest of the 100. So, she started to plan the times of when the delinquents are going on the escape pod, the time her father would give a speech, and the time the pod is leaving. She played it over and over in her head until she kind of got it figured out.

Clarke- "Be there by 5:00 pm.. delinquents board pod, 5:30 pm.. Father gives speech, 5:40 pm.. pod leaves, 6:00 pm sharp.. run on pod as doors are closing. Okay Clarke, you got this."

Then she looked at herself in the mirror while braiding her hair in two french braids, and giving herself a short speech. "You have to be fast. You have to sly. You have to be on point. Pod=Safety Zone.. maybe."

She changed into a pair of jeans, boots, a tank top, and look shirt, and a jean jacket. Fast. Sly. On point. Clarke was going to do something never done before in the history of the human race.

Bellamy's POV

About an hour from what Clarke learned Bellamy started to hear people screaming and saying "Let me go. Let me go." He was confused until his cell door opened and he was dragged out of his cell to the area of the escape pod. All of the higher class was there. Even a lot of the workers. He was confused. The escape pods doors opened and in the delinquents went. He noticed Clarke smile nervously at a younger girl. He kind of remembered her from the times they were allowed to roam around the "lawn". After some thinking he remember her name was Raven. Raven was the only other girl in the on the space station who had a sibling. He didn't know who her sibling was. But, he was figuring it out. He was also confused as why one of the higher classed girls was standing so close to the escape pod door and didn't have the fancy clothes the higher classed usually wore.

About 15 minutes later, one of the leaders of the committee got finished with a pointless speech leaving all of the delinquents afraid and in shock. The buzzing of the door closing started and the delinquents started to beg to get off. Offering longer sentences, work, and even getting floated. All of a sudden Bellamy heard yelling over the buzzing of the door. Right before the door closed, in came a light blonde girl that Bellamy recognized as one of the higher classed. She ran over to Raven, and took the seat next to her. They were both hugging and crying. Bellamy finally figured out. They were both of the higher classed. But, Raven was imprisoned. Bellamy got kind of shocked after the fact of him being scared. And for him being scared for his sister, Octavia.

After a couple of minutes a loud sound overtook everyone's conversations making them silent. Then they felt moving. They were on their way to Earth.

Raven's POV

Raven- "Clarke.. how did you- i- thank you.. i love you so much."

Clarke- "I love you too. I was not about to let you go the Earth without your big sister." She said with a worried smirk.

Raven- "I'm scared Clarke. Earth could still be toxic. We may not even survive the ride down there. I don't wanna die." Raven said tearing up.

Clarke- "Hey sis, we will make it. I won't let you get hurt. I won't let anything happen to you. I promise."

Raven- *takes deep breath* "Okay.." She grabbed Clarke's hand and closed her eyes.

Octavia's POV

Octavia- "Bellamy.. what if we don't- don't make it?"

Bellamy- "O, we will make it. In my mind we somehow escaped. We can see each other every day instead of once every month. You get to see all of your friends every day. You get to see your boyfriend." Bellamy said elbowing Octavia in the arm.

Octavia rolled her eyes with a smile. "Even when we have a pretty high chance of dying you still seem to make me laugh. I don't know how you do it."

Bellamy- "I have that effect on people." Bellamy said with a smirk.

After about 15 minutes the pod started shaking violently, and people started to scream.

Clarke's POV

Clarke- "It's okay Raven we are gonna make it. We are gonna make it."

Raven- *starts crying* "I don't think we will.."

Clarke- "Close your eyes. We will be on the ground soon."

Clarke started counting to 10 and saying "it's not real" over and over again. As she does when she is scared.

Bellamy's POV

Bellamy grips Octavia's hand and closed his eyes. Octavia did the same.

In seconds the pod hits the ground. Having a giant impact.

Clarke's POV

Clarke- *groans* "Raven- Raven are you okay?"

Raven- *rubs her head* "Ye- yeah, I think i'm fine."

They both unbuckle their seatbelts and shakily stand up, not used to the Earth's gravity. They make their way to the door everyone is crowding around. Bellamy Blake, Clarke had been kind of keeping tabs on ever since she laid her eyes on him, was standing at the door. Opening hatch in his hand. Clarke ran to the front.

Clarke- "Wait! We don't know if it's toxic!"

Bellamy- "Even if it is we will die soon anyways if we stay in here." Without him even looking at her, he opened the hatch which opened the door to the pod.

There it was.. Earth.
