———————————————————————Trixie Walked down the cool misty streets of Seattle her heels clicking on the damp pavement. She was on her way to work walking down the same 4 streets from her apartment to get there. She arrived a half an hour before opening like always.
She punched in and got work. Trixie flicked on the lights, a small flicker flashing across the shop before the dull florescent light cast upon the store. With a small sigh she crouched down her knees cracking like they always did. Trixie blames in on the constant damp weather but she knew she was lying to herself, she just had bad kness, it was in her DNA. She fiddled with speaker in the shop letting out a small satisfied 'hm." When her phone connected.
Trixie twirled and danced around the store to her country playlist. She danced as she swept up fallen flower petals, dead and drained of their colour. The dancing she found, made it less depressing. She continued her job performing each routine she had memorized for each song on her playlist, the bottom of her dress floating around her creamy thighs as she moved.
A half an hour later Trixie's phone alarm screamed at her halfway across the shop reminding her to open the store. She twirled her way over keeping up with her routine to Hannah Montana's hoe down thrown down mumbling the words as she shut off her alarm and unlocked the shop flicking the neon open sign on.
By now it was raining out, typical for Seattle. Trixie knew this meant a slow day so she pulled out her book getting ready to finish it today. She hopped up on the counter and opened the pages her mind instantly being pulled to a more interesting place.
The shrill shreak of an ambulance tore through Trixie's ears pulling her away from 1832 Texas were the cowboys and indians lived. She hopped off the counter and rushed to the window hoping for some excitement in her day. She felt bad for being possibly nosy but then she reminded her self " curiousity killed the cat but the cat came back." So she watched.
Seattle Grace hospital was right across the street from her. She watched the bustling hospital everyday. The main consumers from her shop were all people from the hospital, either buying get welll flowers for friends and family or thank you flowers for doctors.
The ambulance was lost in the rain much to Trixie's disappointment, no live entertainment for her today then. Just as she hopped back up on her desk she saw a distant figure dashing through the pouring rain. A few moments later the shop doors opened and the bells chimed. A soaking wet man stood at the door raindrops dripping off the brim of his hat.
" I need thank you flowers please miss." He spoke stepping away from the door and wandering in the shop, his shoes leaving wet foot prints Trixie would have to mop up after he left.
" we have pre-organized bouquets if you would like sir." Trixie offered hoping to stop the damage he was doing to her freshly swept floor.
" oh that would be lovley thank you." He spoke coming up to the counter.
Trixie offered him a warm smile as she slid behind the counter and grabbed the bouquet laying it on the counter. She pulled out a small card and a pen glancing up at the soaked man before her.
