3 Hours Later
In the bar area, Adrik placed a map of the island on the pool table.
Adrik: we dock here, we get what we need, grab the others and bring them along, regardless of what happens....we capture this beast alive!
Mercenary: what route do we take sir?
Adrik: we go from the beach and follow the river until we can't go no more, towards the center of the island. We set up camp, all of the motion cameras and trackers along with a metal cage to keep the beast.
Captain: we'll be there in the morning, about six A.M.
Adrik: outstanding, you may even earn some more money if you keep pleasing me.
Captain: anytime Adrik.
The Captain went out of the room and went to his quarters and looked at the gps.
Captain: so far so good.
He went onto his seat and grabbed his cup of coffee and began drinking it.
Meanwhile
Dew wore a green bikini, flip flops and bringing along a book and an inflatable pool chair and a towel. She walked through the halls, getting ready to go into the pool.
Dew: the fresh air can clear my head some more.
She made it to the pool and placed her inflatable chair in the water, throwing her towel on one of the pool chairs and went into full bliss. She pulled out her book and began reading it.
Timeskip 6:05am
Dew had the book on her face and her hands on her stomach, the inflatable pool chair floating in the center of the pool.
The horn then blared, waking her up.
Dew: what the?
One of the mercenaries walked out of the deck and looked at Dew, aiming a rifle at her.
Man: up now!
Dew: what the hell?
Man: I won't ask again!
She put her hands up and threw her book to the deck, stepping into the water and walking towards the mercenary with her hands up.
Dew: just take it easAH!
The mercenary grabbed her hair and dragged her along.
Man: you are going to be helpful girly.
Adrik kicked open Dew's parents door and his men went in and grabbed her parents, pinning David to the ground and breaking his fingers.
Adrik: pardon for a rude awakening, but we can't have you fight back...don't worry your pain will be over soon David.
David: how do you know my name?!
Adrik: I checked the reservations.
He walked down the hall as the boat docked on a small wood platform.
Captain: welcome to the Island of Apes.
Adrik lead the his men off as the Gayl family was dragged off the cruise ship.
Adrik: you all will make for great bait.
Dew: get your hands off me!
She slapped the mercenary who let her go and just stood there shocked.
Man: did she just slap me?
Dew walked up to Adrik.
Dew: just my family and I go, we just want a nice week away from the city.
Adrik: how about this.....no. Let's move out!
They pushed the family along and walked along the beach.
Adrik: watch your 6, the Chelovek-obez'yana can attack at any moment.
Mercenaries: Yes Sir!
They entered the trees, unknowing of all the dangers that will be ahead of them.

One Hour Later

They continued walking until Adrik put his hand up to tell his men to stop.
Adrik: we are being watched, watch all sides!
Everyone looked around until Adrik began to bellow our laughing.
Adrik: hahaha! It's just a Jaguar! Light it up.
All the guns fired at the jaguar, filling it with lead and causing it to fall.
Dew: that's not dust!
Adrik: smart girl....you're correct, this is a bullet, found old blue prints to make some very deadly things.
He smiled before walked towards the tree and reaching for the jaguar and pulling it to his men.
Adrik: no wasting your food tonight Men! We have food for tonight.
Adrik began skinning the Jaguar, leaving nothing but bone and throwing the meat in a cooler.
They continued walking as if nothing happened, the Gayl family pushed along once again. After a few steps they heard a loud roar in the distance.
??????: GRAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAGH
The sound ended with an animalistic roar. Adrik quickly pulled out the recorder and pressed the button, a static version of the same sound played from it before he turned it off and put it away.
Mercenary: was that?
Adrik: yes....the Chelovek-obez'yana knows we are here.
