Shawn still had my hand in his, as we were walking to my classroom. He seemed like he didn't want to let my hand go, and to be honest...I didn't want to let go either but I knew I would eventually have to.
We finally had made it to Mr. Simon's class and he let my hand go before turning around to face me with a small smile on his face.
"I'll see you next period class?" He asked me and I smiled back nodding my head
"Good!" He spoke before kissing my lips and letting my hand go then walking away.
With the biggest and brightest smile on my face I walked into his classroom and went to my seat. Soon after that the bell rung and more kids began piling in.
Nicki slowly walked in the class looking restless,she immediately sat down.
I took her note from her hand and got up to give it to the teacher for her and she thanked me as I made my way back to my seat.
"Thanks!" Nicki mumbled before throwing her head on her desk
"Ms. Onika from what I've presumed, today is not a good day for you so I will not bother you. You already finished your work last class so you are free to sleep."
"Thank you Ms. L." She spoke while I rubbed her back and kissed her forehead
After school
Nicki had been in and out of sleep all day. Right now she's in the back seat on the car with Shawn and I heading to my house.
I don't know what's going on with her but I know now is not the time to ask questions. She needs rest before any conversation.
"When we get to your house I will carry her in to your room." Shawn spoke as I stopped at a red light and I nodded my head as he grabbed my hand and kissed it.
I blushed with the biggest smile on my face before I pulled off when the light turned green.
We finally had pulled up to my house and I got out going to unlock the door for him. He went to the back seat and picked her up heading inside the house as I closed the car door.
Heading inside I locked the door sitting my phone on the counter in the kitchen and took out some left overs to make Shawn and I a plate.
I knew he was still hungry because we didn't get to eat all of our lunch because there was fight and they had to end lunch early. As I was putting his food in the microwave he walked down the steps and sat at the stool.
"Hey" he spoke softly
"Hey." I mumbled as I tapped the numbers on the keypad and pressed start.
There was an awkward silence as we waited for the food to stop. I walked past him to grab my phone and he pulled me to him and positioned me in between his legs.
I began blushing before I began playing with the collar on his shirt.
"You know I really like you...like a lot?" He asked me softly
And I nodded my head with the biggest smile on my face.
"Yea I do, and I like you too...a lot." I told him as he hugged my waist
"I like kissing your lips a lot too." I mumbled and he pushed his head into my boobs.
"I love your soft lips." He mumbled lifting his head up I leaned down puckering my lips. He leaned up a bit and met me for a kiss.
It did get a bit heated though as I softly grabbed his face and added a bit more pressure to the kiss.
He tugged on my waist pulling me closer if possible before we heard the front door open and we instantly unlocked lips while I rushed to the microwave.
"Bey!"
"Yea mama in the kitchen!" I called back re-heating Shawn's plate up and she walked in sitting her purse in the counter beging my phone.
"Hello Shawn!" She smiled
"Hey Ms. Knowles!" He spoke back with the biggest smile on his face
"Where is Nicki?"
"In my bedroom asleep." I told her and she nodded
"Ok y'all asses are smiling big...y'all must have been doing something sneaky before I walked in here.."
"Oh-no." Shawn interrupted me
"Yea we weren't even making out!" He
"Oh my- Shawn!" I threw my hands up and groaned
"What! I-"
"You just told on yourself! I never said hall were making out!" My mom laughed and he was shook as he thought about what he just said
"Oh-"
"Yea oh!" I put my head down covering my face as Shawn stared at me.

"Girl don't Act like that!" He said and my mom laughed even harder before going to the fridge.
The microwave beeped and I took his food out handing him a fork.
"Thanks ma!" I smiled and nodded my head
I put my food in next, and sat down next to him grabbing my phone. He laid his head on my shoulder as we waited for the food to be ready.
"Hm. Imma go get Solange in like and hour or two but until then I'll be in the living room." She spoke with a yogurt in her hand grabbing a spoon "so holla if you need me." She said and we nodded our heads
