*Dean's POV*

"Bro I saw this girl last night. The one who broke the bottle..." I explain to Hunter who is looking at me with a grin on his face.

"She's hot as fuck I swear. Although she totally looks like the nerdy type." I say.

"And you want to play her?" Hunter asks as he turns to make us coffee.

"Every girl is the same bro. Doesn't matter if she's innocent now. She'll end up being a heart breaker. So ya I'm going to play her." I shrug.

"You know that's not true man. Not every girl is like Eve. She was just..."

"Don't fucking mention her name." I snap at him. And he raises his hands in surrender.

"Sorry dude. Was just saying." He hands me a cup and I take it and laugh stupidly. I can't stay mad at him and he knows that. He joins in the laughter.

"Anyways how will you meet her again? Got her digits?" He asks calmly.

I remember the girl who dragged her away after the bottle broke at the party. Hunter made sure I didn't forget her.

"No but I figured you'd get it for me. I saw her with that bitch you were making out with last week?" I say like I'm asking.

He looks at me a little confused. Then remembers too.

"Oh you mean Debbie? Man that girl knows the game. She kisses like she wants to eat me. I like that." He laughs and I cringe at the detailed explanation.

"I think I'll hook up with her again some time." He adds while grinning and I can't help but laugh.

He literally couldn't stop talking about her all week. Well, he had better hook up with her soon cause I'm up for a game.

"Alright bro. Keep me posted." I say and he nods as he sips his coffee.

"Actually I could call her up right now though. You know, just to find out if she and her friend could go out with us."

"Great. That's a great idea." I say. He goes to get his phone while I just drink my coffee but moments later, I decide to go upstairs to rest as I'm feeling lazy.

I can't believe the winter break is almost over. I'll have to start school on Monday.

I lay down and turn the TV on to watch cartoons. I know I'm all grown up and shouldn't be watching cartoons but seriously, I don't care. I remember Eve always used to laugh at me each time she saw me so focused on cartoons. Damn. Her laughter was so beautiful. Just like she was.

I snap out of my thoughts. Why would I be thinking about her?

'She left you dude. She hurt you in the worst way possible just as any other girl would.' I remind myself.

I sigh and focus on the television and not long after, Hunter comes in.

"Vera is her name right?" He asks as he walks to the bed to sit with me.

"Ya what did Delilah say?" I ask and he laughs.

"Her name is Debbie not Delilah. And she said she will make sure Vera comes along." He says.
