Harry Styles
I held her in my arms.
She was getting paler and paler as the minutes went by. Her breathing was still stable and that's what gave me hope.
I was getting scared for her.
An hour had passed since she blacked out and I was praying that they were on their way.
I didn't take my eyes off her.
The blood had started to pool on the floor.
Tears were falling from my eyes and it was hard to focus on anything else.
I almost missed the sound of car tyres skidding on the gravel and the sound of police sirens.

"Harry there's cars!" Rosie said jumping up.
"Go and look. Bang on the windows!" I said to her and she did.
She started to scream and bang her little hands on the window.
From upstairs we heard the door being kicked open and screaming.
"Downstairs!" I yelled.
Rosie ran and started banging on the basement metal door.
"What's happening?" I heard from below me.
"Hey, it's ok Florence. They're here!" I said and she nodded sitting up slowly.
I helped her stand up as her whole body shook.
"Fuck" she said as she started to cough. Blood started to come from her mouth and she grimaced.
Rosie continued to bang on the door until we heard voices from outside.

It only took a few seconds before the door was broken and officers, including Sam, stormed into the room.
He ran over to us and covered his mouth at the sight of Florence.
"Holy fuck. Come on. You have to get upstairs" he said and she nodded slowly.
I picked her up in my arms bridal style.
She groaned as I walked up the stairs.
We got halfway to the bus and cars before a voice boomed out.
"You're forgetting something!" Lewis yelled and we all turned to see William being held in a headlock by Lewis. A gun pressed to his temple.
"William!" Florence screamed and kicked out of my arms.
She dropped to the ground and screamed.
"Why did you bring him?!" I shouted back to Sam.
"He wanted to come! He was screaming about how he was going to save her! I told him to stay in the car!" Sam said and I shook my head looking back to William.

"Officer Florence! Help me! I haven't done bad this time! I haven't! I promise!" William yelled and Florence began to cry as she stood up and stumbled towards them.
William looked terrified. Like a deer in headlights. He struggled against Lewis' arms and played with his hands nervously. He didn't take his eyes off of Florence.
"I know. I know." She breathed. "You let him the fuck go!"
"Give me my daughter back!"
"She's not your daughter! Look at her Lewis. Really look at her. She's twelve. She's called Rosie. Your daughter and wife died in a car accident remember?" Florence said and he shook his head no. "They died Lewis. They're not here anymore"
"N-no" Lewis said and gripped William tighter.
"Officer Florence I want to go back now." William said shaking his head.
"Yes. They're dead."
"Th-they are" he said his lips shaking.
"Yes. Yes they are" Florence said coughing up more blood.
"Officer Florence you're hurt" William said and she nodded. "Let me go to her. Please. I-I said that I was going to save her. I have to save her. Look. She's bleeding. Bleeding is not a good sign. I know that"
"Shut up" Lewis cried.
"Let me go!" William screamed and thrashed around.

Lewis paused, as if he were contemplating letting William go.
Florence groaned and grunted and fell to her knees. William started to cry as he looked at her.
"They're dead" Lewis said and Florence nodded.
In the space of a few seconds, Lewis had let William go, and was now holding the gun to his own head.
William ran over to Florence and hugged around her shoulders.
"I didn't do that. I didn't do bad" William said pointing to her stomach.
"No. No you didn't. I'm so proud of you" Florence said, but turned back to Lewis, "Lewis, you don't have to do this to yourself"
"What do I have left? My daughters dead, my wife's dead. I'm not rotting in some stupid prison cell with the likes of a fucking singer and a mental person"
"I'm not mental. Just a bit behind" William piped up and I couldn't help but smile at him.
"I'm not doing it. I'm not going to prison" Lewis said, but my focus was now on Florence who had lost consciousness in William's arms. "I'm coming Mary. I'm coming" Lewis said before he pulled the trigger.

As his body crumpled to the ground officers and doctors ran over to Florence but William wouldn't let them touch her.
"NO! No. You're all going to hurt her!" He cried and I made my way over slowly.
"William, if we don't get Florence to a hospital she's going to be even worse ok?" I said holding his shoulder .
He nodded and stood up, allowing paramedics to put her on a stretcher, and wheel her to an ambulance.
William wrapped his arms around my waist and I had his shoulders.
"She's dying. Isn't she Harry. She's dying" William said but i immediately shook my head no.
"No. No she's ok. They just have to bandage her up"I said, trying to convince myself as well as him that she was going to be ok.
"I would like to go and see her now" William said to Sam as the three of us got in the bus.
"Not yet buddy. When she's better then we'll go on a special field trip and see her ok?" He said and William nodded at him.
"Thank you Mr Andrews" He said before going back to staring out of the window.

"What happened in there Harry?" Andrews asked when we were back in the prison and I was back in my cell. William was fast asleep in his own cell.
"It was all this plan he had. He thought that Rosie was his own daughter and kidnapped her. He targeted me through you and was saying how he wanted me to marry her" I explained.
"What happened to Flo?"
"It was my fault. I swore at him and he stabbed her." I said and Sam nodded.
"She's not in a good state. She's lost a horrifying amount of blood and the doctors are saying she's not got an infection form the knife." Andrews explained and I hung my head. "I'm not taking you or William to see her at least for a few days, maybe a week."
"Will you at least keep me updated?" I said rising from the chair.
He nodded and I headed for the door.
"Oh and Harry. This won't affect your release date." He said typing on his computer.
I nodded again and walked back gloomily to Florence's office.
I walked in and looked around. It was strange. She should be sat in here, typing away on that little computer of hers. She should be telling me to go away, she should be here sat on that desk as we kissed. But no. Instead she's lying in a hospital bed, with no one around her, and no one knowing if she's ever actually going to be in here again.
