The longest ride ever

"Are we almost there yet?" I asked as I was getting impatient and we had been on the road for nearly an hour now. I was also stuck sitting in between Harry and Louis, which believe me was very awkward for all three of us. Louis tried to make small talk with me and Harry when we first got into the van, but the conversation died quickly after I got carsick. 

I guess I should've waited to eat until after the concert, or maybe I threw up because of the fact that the butterflies in my stomach made me a little nauseous when we drove over a few big potholes in the road, because Zayn is driving and Madison is sitting up front with him, and the two of them are to busy staring at each other which makes me want to throw up and gouge my eyes out of my head. Maybe that would be better because then I wouldn't have to see them making googly eyes at each other, I also wouldn't have to get lost in Louis' dreamy blue eyes anymore, wait I mean look and they're not dreamy at all I swear. As much as I hate to admit it, I think he's really cute and I think I kind of like him; even though I swore to myself that I wouldn't fall for any of my big brother's bandmates especially his best friend since the beginning of time.

 "We're here now Victoria." Louis said so smoothly with his hot British accent, snap out of it Victoria and get yourself together you can't fall for him.  

"Finally! I'm honestly just glad we made it here safely with the way Zayn and Madison couldn't take their eyes off of each other. I mean am I right?" I chuckled nervously as Madison turned around and gave me the evil eye from the passenger seat. 

Finally, Louis broke the silence by agreeing with me, " I mean, I have to agree with Victoria on this one Zayn. Sorry mate." Louis said as he winked at me with a sly smile on his face. 

"What about you Louis? I don't think you have room to talk mate. I mean you were staring at my baby sister the whole ride here." Harry snickered and gave Louis a pat on the back on his way out of the van. 

"I-, I-, THERE WAS SOMETHING IN VICTORIA'S HAIR THAT'S WHY I WAS STARING AT HER!" Louis said in a defensive tone as his face along with mine turned beet red. 

"Sure mate. Whatever you say, I saw it too. I think there is some chemistry between the two of you." Liam said chuckling as he made his way off of the van.

 Then Louis made his way off of the van next, followed by me and as I was about to step off Louis reached his hand out for me to help me step down, because the step was pretty high off of the ground and I just barely make it to his shoulder when we stand next to each other. "Thanks for the offer Louis but I think I can get down on my own." I said nervously as I tried to make my way down, but I ended up failing miserably. 

"Woah!" I said as I fell into his arms bridal style. "Good thing I was there to catch you when you fell, babe." Louis said as we stared into each other's eyes. 

"Thanks for catching me and please don't call me babe. Can you put me down now?" I said sarcastically as my cheeks heated up. 

"Come on you two love birds. The show is about to start." Liam said in a joking manner, along with a warm smile that followed. 

"We'll be there in five. I'll keep that in mind, babe. We don't have time to waste! Hop on my back, so you won't be late either." Louis said with a smirk on his face. 

"I am perfectly capable of walking my self over there and I told you not to call me that." I said while crossing my arms over my chest. 

"Fine, I won't call you that anymore. I guess I'll just have to carry you like a bag of potatoes then." He said while sighing and picking me up like nothing. Oh hell no he did not just do that! 

"PUT ME DOWN I JUST TOLD YOU I CAN WALK!" I yelled at him as I pounded my fists on his back. 

"No can do love. It's just easier this way and you should stop being so stubborn its not a good look on you." He said sarcastically while continuing to carry me. 

"Fine Louis, have it your way then." I sighed as I decided being stubborn isn't going to get me anywhere with this blue-eyed boy. 

"Finally you're not fighting me back. I like this Victoria, but I think I like the stubborn Victoria better." Louis chuckled as he carried me up to the steps of the backstage area. 

"Here we are Victoria. Before I put you down, one more thing." He said in an ornery tone while walking right through the curtains that lead to the front of the stage. I had a very bad feeling about this.

"PUT ME DOWN RIGHT THIS INSTANT LOUIS WILLIAM TOMLINSON! IF YOU DON'T I SWEAR TO GOD I WILL-" I was interrupted mid-sentence by a screaming crowd of girls in the venue. 

Louis walked over to the microphone and he said, "Good evening everybody! Thank you for coming out to support us tonight! There is someone I would like to introduce you to. She is the little sister of one of my best friends, Harry Styles and her name is V-" Louis was cutoff mid-sentence by an explosion followed by thousands of terrified screams. "Victoria!" The last thing I heard was Louis screaming my name followed by darkness.
