The silly words had tumbled from her lips before she could even stop herself. Both of their eyes had widened in surprise, they stared at each other for a moment.

Then the bubbly feeling at the back of their throats was more intense than ever. The laughter pushed itself through their tightly closed lips as they tried to stay quiet. Cackles could be heard and people turned to look at them.

They leaned into each other, shoulders heaving, tears bunched at the corners of their eyes. At one point, they sounded out of their mind.

Then when the giggling subsided and everyone had turned back around, their faces were sore from too much straining.

The two didn't care who was watching, they would laugh with each other even if it meant they had an audience with them for eternity.
