6 pm - Masquerade Birthday Party
"This is it. Are you ready Y/N? Because I am!" Hyun Ae cried.
"Everything and everyone looks fabulous, just like us". Hyun Ae started posing whilst I played along and acted as her photographer, using my hands to mimic a camera.
I wore an elegant silver dress and held onto my diamond rhinestone mask, and Hyun Ae wore a crushed velvet gold dress and a mask that had a black silk ribbon attached.

A valet attendant wearing a black chiffon tuxedo opened the door of the white limousine we were in, he bowed and said, "Fair lady Y/N and Hyun Ae, welcome. You may make your way up into the entrance through these steps. Till then, I hope you enjoy this lovely evening. Would you like some Rosé champagne?".
As I exited the car followed by Hyun Ae, he closed the door and gave us the drinks, he gestured us to walk towards the white stairs that led to Cherie's birthday party.
"Jazz music. Glamour. Champagne by the entrance. This was only the beginning, we haven't even entered yet!" Hyun Ae said as we lined up around the stairs waiting to enter the party venue.
"A masquerade party with a 1920's Gatsby theme is insanely mind-blowing. It fits with Cherie's aesthetic, I bet she didn't expect her brother to know her so well" I said.
As we walked up the white paved stairs, people came in as couples whilst Hyun Ae and I looked at each other realising how lonely and single we were in our lives. It made us laugh enough to wake the people in front of us, they turned their heads confused by the sudden laughter we brought.
