Alex's Pov:

I woke up to my blaring alarm on my phone signaling that it was time to get ready for work. I slowly trudged to the bathroom to change into a casual dress and to brush my hair. I didn't feel like doing much to my hair so I topped it off with a beanie since my job is lenient on what we wear. I looked at my dresser and saw the note there and instantly smiled. I couldn't wait for the coffee shop.

Addison immediately hugged me as I walked into the pharmacy which wasn't a shock since this is our daily routine. "Aleeeeex it's been so long."

"Addi it's only been a day," she just groaned at my comment.

"Yea a whole day without my best friend." I just chuckled while I glanced up at her. She was quietly filling some prescriptions while I started putting away the stock that just got shipped in.

"You're welcome to hang out any time. You know this by now with how many times you welcome yourself into my home."

"But I knew you were at the shop and that is your quiet place so I let you be." I smiled at her reasoning. This is why she is my best friend. We have always been respectful of each other's space and alone times.

"How about we plan something for the weekend since we need a day out to ourselves?" Addison paused while she thought over the offer.

"Yea a day out for the two of us sounds nice, but I'll make sure you're back in time for your coffee shop run."

I couldn't help but to smile at my friend's thoughtfulness. She was truly something else and I love her for it.

Just like the day before, time flew by and it was finally time for my coffee run. As soon as I walk in, I notice my coffee is already at my table and I instantly notice a note next to it. I picked it up and read it, 'I made this before I left knowing you would be here soon after. -Jayla'.

I just smiled and continued to pull my sketchbook out while studying the area to find the next topic to draw. As I scanned the area I noticed him. He was staring like before yet with more intensity and curiosity. His face wasn't as stern as yesterday yet it wasn't displaying much emotion either. It was simple yet graceful.

He has become my topic once again as I pick up my pencil and start sketching. He was wearing a beanie as well that looked just like mine. He wore a simple black t-shirt with blue jeans yet he made it look so intriguing. I added so much detail into his drawing including the gleam in his eyes from the lighting of the shop.

After I finished the drawing of him, I got up and went to the bathroom before returning home for the night. When I got back to the table, there was another note but it wasn't from Jayla. It was a simple drawing of me from the neck up yet it held so much detail. I couldn't help but notice the text at the bottom of the note, 'I wonder if you see the beauty that I see when I look at you'.

I blushed at the statement and wondered why these notes were his main form of communication to me. These notes were making me beyond happy, but I wanted to know more about him. The intriguing man who has an interest in me.

=========================================================

This routine of the notes has continued every day except I am welcomed by the note already on my table. Each one has been a drawing of me with a little statement from him. Each time I sit in my seat and read the note, he is looking at me as if he is searching for approval. Once I smile at the note he visibly relaxes some.

This has been going on for awhile now and I keep wondering if he will ever speak to me. I quietly sit and bring out my drawing supplies as I get ready for my routine when I suddenly am interrupted by someone sitting across from me.

"Why is it that I only see you here consistently?" I looked up in shock. He actually was talking to me.

"Well this is the only place I can feel somewhat at peace." I replied as I looked up to see his reaction. I tried to be calm and collected as I was slowly gathering my thoughts.

"Well, can I be part of that peace?" He looked hopeful, as if he was hoping for someone to save him from his own misery.

"Sure, why not. I would rather share my peace rather than keep it from those in need of it." I looked at him with a small smile which he returned which left me in shock. He allowed me to see his majestic smile that I have been wondering about for weeks. My imagination never thought that his smile would be this beautiful, yet I am in awe of it.

"I'm Min Yoongi by the way." He held his hand out to shake with a shy smile etched onto his face.

"I'm Alex Sator. Nice to meet you Yoongi." I smiled back and shook his hand. He leaned back in his chair and took a sip of his coffee while glancing at my sketchbook.

"What do you draw?"

I slightly looked up from my sketchbook and wondered if I should open up to my sketches of him. "I draw the scenery around me. And if someone sticks out to me, I draw them. I currently have a small series of one person in the works."

"Do you mind if I ask who this person is?" He tilted his head to the side like a small puppy.

I couldn't help but to grin and blush, "You'll find out soon enough of who this person is."

Min Yoongi's POV:

Who was this person she did a series on? I feel slightly pained not knowing who it is when I have been sketching her for weeks and she knows. I just wish I could open up to her about everything, especially why I am asking to be part of her peace.
