"Man, fighting the Kraang is tough." That's all Lance could say while he controlled the Blue Lion. He thought that fighting these 'Kraang' would be easy, but he's proven wrong. He didn't expect a huge army of robots with aliens on their chests and dozens of ships to attack them. He thought it'll be just one giant ship just like when they first fought the Galra! He really needs to take a nap after this, his arms are aching.
The crew had formed Voltron, but it's still tough with the Kraang crawling almost everywhere. Lance bit his bottom lip as he glanced at the sky from time to time, wondering when his brothers get there. Just as he looked back at the front, he saw something that will no doubt fight them with ice/lava.
"Oh my god." Lance went pale. Traag and Granitor is right in front of them, staring at them with an angry expression.
"Holy crow! What is that?!" Hunk yelled.
"Two giants rock creatures...?" Pidge raised an eyebrow.
"Whatever it is, we still have to stop it." Shiro glared.
"How are we gonna stop those things?!?!" Hink screamed.
"Hunk, stop." Keith butted in. "You're hurting my eardrums."
Before Lance could even say something, blasting could be heard outside. He looked outside, seeing a familiar white ship attacking Traag and Granitor. It took out the Kraang ship and the other big ones. A smaller ship shoot out of the familiar ship (I say ship too much... Whoopsie doodles), taking out the Kraang droids on the ground. Allura's hologram appeared at their side.
"Paladins, we are somehow helped by an unknown crew." Allura said.
Lance raised an eyebrow. "Who?" He asked.
"I do not know, come back to the castle immediately." The princess ordered and her hologram cut off.
Just them, Donnie video chatted him in his space suit. "Hey, Lance." He greeted.
"Hey, Don. Where are you guys?" Lance asked as they unformed Voltron.
"Let's just say, we're already in front of you." Don winked.
"In front of us?" Lance raised an eyebrow before realising something. "Wait, you're the ones who shout down those two giant rock things?!"
"Yup, and they're called Traag and Granitor." Donnie corrected him. "We'll call you guys at the castle."
"On it." Lance smiled, before it fell. "But they will see you guys as mutants. They'll freak out seeing you. No offence."
"None taken." Don shook his head. "And just like Leo said, sacrifices must be made."
Lance nodded. "Alright." After that, he hung up.
Suddenly, Pidge's voice rang. "LANCE, GET BACK TO THE CASTLE!" She yelled.
"Okay, okay, no need to yell at me, Katie." Lance rubbed his ear and he controlled the Blue Lion back to the castle.
When he got there, everyone is waiting for him in the control room. Keith raised an eyebrow. "Where have you been?"
"Sorry, I doze off a bit in my Lion." Lance sheepishly said, the voices inside his head killing him for lying.
"So, who's the crew who helped us with the Kraang?" Pidge asked.
Before Allura could answer, a hologram appeared in front of them, taking them by surprise. In front of them, the hologram shows a mutant turtle with a blue mask and wore a spacesuit on. Everyone has their eyes widen in surprise, except for Lance who felt shock. Standing in front of them is his brother, Leonardo Hamato who has a warm smile on his face.
The group stared at Leo for a while before Allura shook her head. She looked up at the Turtle. "Who are you?" She asked.
Leo chuckled. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Princess Allura. My name is Leonardo, leader of the Hamato Clan. Good day to all of you." His eyes set on Lance, who have been gaping at him in shock. He smiled. "It's nice to meet you again, Lance."
The whole group turned to the blue Paladin. "YOU KNOW HIM?!" They yelled, making Lance snap out of his trance and stumble to the floor.
Lance rubbed his head, blowing a few strands of hair out of his face. "Well, yeah. He's my brother." He snickered when their jaws dropped and it almost reached the floor. Before Pidge could even say anything, he stopped her. "I know what you're gonna say, it's weird to have a mutant turtle as a brother, but I'm okay with it." He walked past them and stood beside Allura.
"So, Donnie isn't lying that you guys helped us?" Lance asked, leaning on the panel.
"You know how Don feels when he does." Leo chuckled, until Donnie's voice came off screen.
"I CAN HEAR YOU, YOU KNOW?!" He yelled.
Raph's voice popped up. "Can you stop talking and get to the point, Fearless?" He asked, irritated.
"I'm getting to it, Raphael." Leo glared at his left before sighing, his smile back on his face. "We'll meet you outside the castle, Princess."
Allura snapped out of her trance again and nodded her head. "Yes, of course. We will meet you there."
Leo smiled and looked back at Lance. "Can't wait to see you in person."
"Yeah, same." Lance smiled and Leo hung up. The others walked up to him, all confused.
"What just happened?" Hunk blinked.
"You just met one of my brothers. You're gonna meet the rest." Lance laughed when they stared at him in surprise. He strolled away from them and went to the front of the castle, the others snapping out of their trance AGAIN and following him outside.
When they got there, the white ship from earlier landed in front of them. Lance felt giddy, barely able to stop himself from jumping up and down on his spot. The entrance to the ship opened and there stood seven figures. They slid down the platform and came Leo, Raph, Donnie, Mikey, April, Casey and Karai, all wearing their spacesuits.
The whole group has their eyes widen, of course, except Lance, who smiled brightly. "GUYS!" He ran over to them.
"LANCE!" The Turtles and Karai beamed as the blue Paladin hugged them tightly.
Shiro blinked multiple times. "So, this is your family?" He asked Lance as he and the others approached them.
"Yup." Lance smiled. Keith watched the scene unfold, not noticing himself secretly smiling.
"Ladies and Gentlemen." Everyone chuckled at Lance's dramatic introduction. "Meet my family. Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, Michelangelo, April, Casey and Karai."
"It's nice to meet you all." Allura smiled.
"It's nice to meet you too, Princess." April smiled.
"Why don't we talk about this inside the castle, shall we?" The princess smiled and led the entire crew inside.
As they walked down the halls, Lance walked beside Leo. "Is it true that Sensei is...?" He trailed off, not wanting to finish the question.
Leo sighed sadly. "I'm afraid so. He died right in front of us." He bit his lip.
Lance huffed and pulled his hair back. "I wish I have one last chance to meet him."
"But he may show up sometime, Lance. I'm sure about that." Leo laid a hand on his shoulder while smiling, making Lance smile back.
Keith is listening behind them and he couldn't help but frown. Hearing Lance's dad died is something you can't listen to. He sighed and followed the others, hoping to find out how and why his dad died, probably he just have to wait until they explained it to them...
