"It's Not The End Of The World"

Part 1 starts with El being in Hopper's house, sitting with Hopper eating breakfast but she's only staring and moving her pancakes around with a very pale face and depressed expression.

(Hopper) Kid.. you should start eating before your food gets cold.

Eleven slowly takes a bite out of her food and takes her a while to swallow it.

(Hopper) El, I'm not leaving this house until you finish your breakfast, alright?

(Eleven) I'm not even that hungry right now..

(Hopper) But you gotta eat something or your gonna get sick and I really don't want that right now.

(Eleven) How about I save it for later?..

(Hopper) Fine, then..

(Eleven) I think you should stop worrying too much about me.

(Hopper) You know I can't do that!.. listen, how about I go drop you out with your friends? It's been a while since you seen them, you can't always stay home, watching TV.

(Eleven) Sounds cool, I guess..

(Hopper) Listen.. it's been 2 years, I know that his death has devastated you alot but you have to try to move on.

(Eleven) I tried but I can't!.. I can't stop thinking about Mike..

(Hopper) I know, El.. but it's not the end of the world.

Minutes later..

Hopper drops off Eleven at the arcade and Lucas, Dustin, and Max are there.

(Eleven) Hey, guys..

(Everyone) ELEVEN!!!!!!!

Eleven smiles a little when everyone sees her and they all do group hug.

(Dustin) We we're so worried about you!

(Lucas) Like alot!

(Max) yeah, all we did was talk about you almost everyday!!

(El) that's sweet, I've missed you all so much, too.. I'm sorry that I didn't spend time with you guys after--...

(Max) No, no, it's alright.. we knew that you needed sometime..

(Eleven) *sighs*... Thank for understanding.

Eleven notices that Will isn't with them and she looks around.

(Eleven) Where's Will?

(Lucas) He's sick, we don't know what's going on with him these days, it's been with this burning fever but he'll be fine.

(Dustin) You sure he isn't having another episode or something about the upside down?

(Max) His mom already told us that he's just sick, what part of that don't you understand, idiot?

(Dustin) Alright, Alright! I'm just concerned about him.

(Lucas) Damn it, man, the upside down is already closed by El so literally we have nothing to worry about.

(Dustin) For the record, every time somebody says that, something bad ends up happening.

(Eleven) Oh God..

(Lucas) Man, why you gotta be so negative sometimes?

(Dustin) didn't you guys know that there's a murderer on the loose?

(Max) Dude, calm down, they're gonna find him soon.

Hopper arrives at the police station and one of fellow offices welcomes him in.
