Sighing i turn on shower, cold water slowly hitting my body making me relax. I clean my body and walk out after turning off the shower, I wrap myself in a towel. I stare at my reflection in mirror. Nothing.
The girl who used to be full of joy, the girl who is funny, the girl who has everyone to love are nowhere to be seen. Closing my eyes, taking a deep breath i put my clothes and walk out. Unplugging my phone i grab my wallet to check I have enough money. I put it inside my bag and walk out my apartment and locked my door.
I walk to nearest cafe and order americano, after taking my order I hailed a cap to zyan company and sat inside. I reach there, I paid my ride . its half pass nine, so i take my time to head the building enterance and heade to reception area.
"Hello, I am here to meet mr. Bruce". I tell her. She look at me up and down and made a disgusting look ,properly judging my outfit. What's wrong with her did i ask her to give me her dress.
" do you have appointment" she ask uninterested.
"Yes, its ms. Smith" I tell her and she checked in her computer.
" I don't think so, you are not in the list" she replied looking at me with same look.
"Well check again, I got a message from mr. Bruce and he want me to meet him" I said folding my arms.
She scoffed, tell me why mr. Bruce want to meet a girl like you" she said motioning with her pointer finger at me.
"Why don't you ask him, oh maybe he didn't give a shit about you" I deadpanned giving her my best evil smirk.
"You-- she was cut of by someone. "What is happening there" that someone ask and I look at him. He is the same person at bar, zyan friend.
"Good morning sir, this woman came asking to meet mr. Bruce but she doesn't have appointment and making a fuss here" she answer his question, innocently Another bitch. I thought.
"Oh hey! Rose, what are you doing here" he ask me when he saw me. "Hello colt" I greet him.
"Are you here to meet zyan" he ask, "yes, but i can't because of some issue" I replied .
