Still Colleen's Pov: I entered Black Hat's office, and it is kind of big. So big that there is a huge window behind his desk, showing the whole city. Speaking of the guy, Black Hat was sitting in his chair, his eyes staring me down. I wasn't too bothered by it, but it was like he was watching me like a hawk ready to attack it's prey. He makes a hand gesture at the seat in front of him and said "have a seat". I did as he asked and sat down. "Now, I'm going to ask some questions, and I need honest answers...or else" he said. When he said that last part, his voice got deep and menacing. I simply nodded my head saying 'alright' to him. "Good, first off, tell me your name?" he said to me. I take a deep breath and spoke to the potential boss. "My name is Colleen, Colleen Pendragon" I said. "And why do you want to work here, miss Pendragon? No one else deemed you worthy?" "Lets just say that nobody liked my temper or my attitude, so they let me go after a few months. Why do I want to work here? Well, I just thought I'd like to work someplace different, someplace new".

As I said this, he raises a brow at me. "Is that the only reason?" he asked with a smirk on his face. "Yes, that is the only reason" I said. He still gives me the look, as if he doesn't believe me. I slightly glare at him and said "you're not buying the whole thing, are you?" "Not in the slightest, my dear" he replied. I sigh in annoyance. "I really don't want to admit it, so don't make me say it. All I'm saying is that I'm looking for a job and this looks like the kind of place that I would actually enjoy working at" I said to him. Black Hat remained silent for a moment. After a few minutes of silence, he said "And are you willing to work at a place like this? If so, it will not be an easy task and it will get rough as time goes on" "I understand the consequences, and I'm willing to handle anything you throw at me" I exclaimed. Again, there was silence between us. Still keeping a neutral face, Black Hat said "hmm, very well, you start tomorrow". At that moment, my eyes slightly widen as I said "what?" "You're hired! Don't make me repeat myself!" he said. With that being said, he teleported me outside of his office. My face still has the shocked expression look. Then, Dementia came out of nowhere and wraps her arm around my shoulders.

"Oh darn, you didn't get the job. Geez, better luck somewhere else" she said. Now out of my shocked state, I remove her arm off of me and said "wow, thanks for caring about my feelings. And no, it's the opposite. I got the job". Dementia's eyes widen and her jaw dropped. "What?!" she said. "Huh?" said Dr. Flug, who followed behind her. "Yea, shocking" I said. "But, what? Why? How?" the red head asked in total disbelief. "Hmm, strange, usually when someone tries to apply here, Black Hat would kick them out or fire them out of his office, but for you, he didn't" Flug said in wonder. Then, we hear Black Hat's voice over the intercom. "Get back to work you imbeciles!!! Miss Pendragon, I forgot to mention that working here requires living here. Your things are already by the door" he said. Me, Flug and Dementia look over the railing and, as Black Hat said, we see all my stuff by the door. "Wait a second, how did you know where I-" I was about to say, when Black Hat shouted "Don't ask questions!!" With that being said, the intercom turned off. After that, everything was silent. "Well, that turned out fine" Flug said. "Yea, fine" I said. I just shook my head and turned to the two next to me. "So, wanna help me put my things in my room?" I asked them. "Uh, yea, sure" said Flug. "Sure, what the heck" said Dementia. As we were heading down the stairs, I look back up at Black Hat's office. I couldn't help but feel a little bit suspicious of that guy, but I choose not to question it, at least, not yet anyway.

Black Hat's Pov: I watched the three beings go down the stairs on the monitor that's in my office. I watched as Dr. Flug and Dementia help the new worker carry her belongings to her new room. This new worker intrigues me. There is something about her, and she refuses to tell me what. Guess I'll just have to annoy her until she cracks. As I thought of this, I feel a wide, creepily smile appear on my face. "This is going to be interesting" I said with a chuckle. As I said, this is going to be very interesting.
