Tiffany walked into her apartment feeling relieved, as she walked she began stripping herself from her clothes. First, she took off her sneakers kicking them to one side then she begins walking to her bedroom to fetch some clean underwear and a t-shirt.

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP

Her phone went off notifying her that she had a text message. Tiffany stopped immediately with what she was doing because she was curious who could be texting her this time of the evening. Since the only people, she knows that could be awake would either be her boyfriend or her friends that study with her. Scratching in her shorts for her cell phone she pulled it out to see who has texted her this time of the night.

Her eyes widen with shock and she was very sure her jaw was on the floor because she was in shock not sure if she was dreaming or really seeing the name that was attached to the message. She unlocked her phone to read the message scanning quickly threw the message but there was not much just one sentence.

Message

Hi, how are you?

Xoxoxo

Josh

You have to fucking kidding me !!!! Tiffany spoke out loud. Anger started to surface. This guy had a nerve she thought. She could not wrap her head around the message. It has been exactly 1 year since she heard from Josh and like clockwork, she gets a message from him. The message reminded her of the first time they met. She was set up on a blind date by her friend Stacey. That reminded her to call Stacey in the morning to remind her not to forget to bring her the makeup samples she had promised her.

Stacey always had samples and she was very good with makeup plus on the bright side, Stacey was a fashion guru and had too much money to spend. Stacey was a very kind-hearted person and very funny. Stacey her dear friend was so lazy always partying and living a very active life. Stacey worked with her at a dental care facility. Basically, they would just assist the dentist and doing basic reception work but most of the time they would be just hanging out in the filing room and sort the files and help with the stock intake.

Tiffany preferred to work with the smaller kids. She thinks that the toddlers were the cutest little human beings she has ever seen and they were much more fun to bribe with sweets. They were just nicer than grumpy old men. Stacey, on the other hand, liked the attention so she always surrounded herself with the company of males. She was single so she was wreckless always have a new guy at her side each month. She was spoiled and she pretty much did what she wanted to.

She would stay out of work and then post pictures on Instagram about what she was busy doing. Stacey had no care in the world and why would she care if she had a parent to support her habits. Stacey was to rich for her own good and she was always drawn to the wrong type of guys. Tiffany sometimes wondered herself sometimes why she has befriended herself with someone like Stacey but on the other hand, she is a good listener and she needs someone like her to guide Stacey.

Stacey needed a friend that would always have her back and look out for her even when she listens when she wants to but someone that would help her pick up the pieces because she had nobody. The only thing that Stacey's friends cared about was her money and who she knew but keeping her out of trouble had become more like a job for Tiffany.

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP.

The phone went off again!!!!!!

Uuuurrgggggg !!! what now!!!!

The feeling of irritation started building up and annoyed she was getting 'is nobody sleeping tonight' she hissed. Staring at the phone in her hand she unlocked it to check who the text is from. Deep down she wanted it to be him again but she was not sure if she wanted to respond. Her heart started beating a Lil faster and she started getting knots in her stomach, why did he have such an effect on her and he was not even nearby or in the same country, she was. Her cheeks flushed pink think of how handsome Josh was.

The thought of him made her lick her lips and without realizing what she was doing she started biting her nails. She was nervous and he had that effect on her. He made her shy, nervous, on edge and yet she has not seen him in a year but one text from him made her doubt herself and made her feel all these butterflies in her stomach. A small smile formed on her mouth and like that deep down, she knew she still cared even when her heart was still torn over him.

Opening the message, she read the message the person sent her and to her disappointment, it was not from Josh but a message from Stacey. Closing her eyes, she put the phone down on her bed and slowly got undressed she needed to shower. She decided she will call Stacey in the morning but still feeling unsure if she should respond to Josh text. She decided to think about it when she is in the shower but right now she needed that shower, she was like a corpse now a sexy corse but she was smelly and she did not like that smell, not one bit.

Grabbing her underwear and t-shirt she headed to the bathroom. Turning on the shower tap and then walked to the basin to brush her teeth while she waits for the shower water to get hot.
She rinsed her mouth and then looked in the mirror seeing that she had some bags under eyes lack of sleep she kept thinking. Getting undressed she stepped under the shower and the feel of the water running down her face made her moan a little the water felt so good. She started washing her hair with her favorite shampoo despite her hair length it was manageable and doing her hair first seemed like the best idea.

Once her hair was washed and she was satisfied she then started to was her body. She poured the body wash on her sponge and started washing her neck the aroma of lavender filling her nostrils. Then she shoulder was next till she reached her legs, feet, and toes. The motion of her washing her body made her wonder back when the first moment his lips touched hers, the moment he glanced down at her as she put his fingers in her mouth and sucked on it. The thought sends a shiver threw her body and she shut her eyes as she was deep in thought. The memories came flooding back to her, she can still feel how he touched her in ways no man could ever imagen. How one bite can excite her and send chills down her spine. She wanted to feel that way again but without the heartbreak.
She snapped out of her thoughts when the cold water was running down on her. Shrieking she moved away from the showerhead and turned the shower off.
Such a rude awakening she received.
Grabbing the towel and wrapping it around her body she walked out the bathroom to her room.
