My head was all over the place when I woke up. Light heavily seeped into the room in huge rays of sunlight. My head was a little fuzzy from the hangover I managed to aquire.

"No more alcohol for me." I mumbled as I attempted to get out of bed and before I knew it, l found myself lying face-first into the ground.

I forced my eyes to open, turned to my back and casually browsed the room before wondering...

How did I get home last night?

I closed my eyes trying to recollect my memories from last and the first thing I remembered was a party. Russell's party.

I vaguely remembered noticing this one guy. Sandy blonde hair, a denim jacket-- Tim? No, it was a longer name. Tommy? Thomas? Tanner? Yes, Tanner. He was in his final year majoring in English and was one of the frats.

He seemed like an asshole and I liked him immediately.

I remember dancing in platform heels, twisting my hips around to the hip-hop beats like I have done a hundred times. I recall making it my mission to get Tanners attention because looking at him was all the party I needed.

I couldn't remember much after that. But I forced myself to further remember the events of last night and a flashing pain shot through my head. I heard myself groan. I guess that was all I could muster up.

I lay still as the sun blinded me, which forced me to keep them shut. Outside, I could hear cars speeding past and masses of students chattering.

I gathered myself together and very slowly, my hands held up my head. I sat up and endured the pain that was hammering inside my skull.

I forced my eyes open and stared around my deserted dorm room. I waited, leaving my hands to hold up my head. About fifteen minutes passed by before my brain became active again.

Where is Vidya? Where is Justina? What really happened?

I looked at my alarm clock and it read 09:17. I've been out cold for about nine solid hours. Then making some effort, I struggled up to my feet. The room then began swirling around me and I had to sit down again. I waited. Then tried to get up once more, and this time, swaying uncontrollably, I managed to stay upright.

The pain in my head raged on. And so did the pain in my stomach. I did work up quite an appetite and since I am up, I might as well head towards the place closest to food. But I knew that I needed coffee in order to get over this hangover.

Slowly, I set off towards the wardrobe. I opened my underwear cabinet where I secretly stashed some emergency candy. Though most of my emergencies included hunger, cravings and boredom.

I devoured two whole snicker bars and a packet of Skittles. I was still hungry but my secret stash of candy has depleted. I hope that I'll remember to get more.

An hour later. I was all done showering and got all dressed up. I had to be in some classes which I was totally not in the mood for. I tidied up my side of the room the best I possibly could. My roommate, Vidya is kind of a control freak. She absolutely hates it when I leave the bed unmade, or when my notes are scattered all over the room.

We are downright opposites and it is a complete mystery how we ended up roommates. She lives more on the easier side of life. Her life is dedicated to education, she's conservative, she's well-mannerd and did I mention that she has super rich parents? See what I mean? Downright opposites...
