The next day, Yujin went to school as usual but was greeted by a lot of students crowding the almost non-existent bulletin board of the newspaper club.

She was curious. And even though she hates being crowded, being stuck in between people, somehow, she feels like she was being pulled to it.

But she doesn't have a good feeling about it.

She pushed through the students, making a way for her to be on a safe distance to see what the heck was on the bulletin board that caught their attention when they literally pass by it like there's nothing in there everyday.

But as soon as she saw what's in the board, her heart sank.

It was pictures of Wonyoung being close to Guanlin.

Guanlin smiling wide at Wonyoung.

Guanlin sparing glances at Wonyoung.

Guanlin putting his arm over Wonyoung's shoulder.

Guanlin offering chocolate to Wonyoung.

Pictures of them flooded the bulletin board with a caption,

'Vice-President and Elected Junior Representative, Lai Guanlin and Jang Wonyoung are dating?'

"Oh my! They look so good together!"

"I ship!"

"Aack! I wish I have a boyfriend like Guanlin."

"Dang, Guanlin is so lucky to have Wonyoung."

Right now, Yujin didn't even care if she was pushed back by the crowd and stumbled down to the ground.

She didn't even care that the bell already rung.

She didn't even care if someone sees her bawling her eyes out.

But...

She was too focused on Guanlin that she didn't notice how uncomfortable Wonyoung is in the pictures.

Yujin was too fed up by her pride on liking Guanlin, forgetting how Wonyoung even swore her love towards her.

Forgetting Wonyoung saying sweet things to her.

Forgetting every sweet gestures Wonyoung does to her.

Forgetting Wonyoung's teasing, Wonyoung's flirts, even Wonyoung's voice that she seemed to like, but was covered by a facade of disliking it.

All because of Guanlin.

Yujin forgot all of that, except for the limited interactions between her and Guanlin.

Their first meeting, in which Yujin fell in love at first sight with him.

How Guanlin offered his umbrella to Yujin on a rainy after school, even if that means Guanlin will wait 'till the rain stops to go home.

And of course, Yujin declined. She insisted that she was okay to wait until the rain stops but Guanlin was persistent.

They kept arguing and even a passer-by will mistake them as a couple fighting.

"Then, let's just share this umbrella."

And that is when Yujin halted in talking, slightly nodding her head as they walked on the rain with a single umbrella over them.

Yujin still remembers that moment, perfectly as she carved it into her mind.

But the case was different for Wonyoung.

Yujin didn't even liked and didn't even want Wonyoung to be stuck on her head.

Yujin didn't even intended to think about Wonyoung.

Yujin didn't even know why she was thinking about Wonyoung, right now.

When she was jealous of her.

Jealous of Wonyoung for having time with Guanlin.

'I guess she is my rival after all.'

And yet, why is her heart clenching in pain when she thinks about Wonyoung and not Guanlin?
