Roman has to hide many things from the other sides. But he can't hide Remus. There is one thing, one person that both Roman and Remus need to hide, and they agree needs to be repressed at all costs. Pride. Pride is a murderous being that will stop at nothing to be in the spotlight. He will murder, he will sin, all the way until he ends up in the spotlight again. He won't care what Roman thinks, or what Remus thinks. And Remus...he wouldn't like to see what Pride does. That's too disturbing, even for the embodiment of intrusive thoughts to witness.
