Part 14

-Taehyung-

I met up with Jimin and Jungkook at the church. My family had beat the hell out of me just before I left so walking hurt a bit, but I was willing to take the pain in order to stay by Kooks side, I'd always known I loved him so of course I'd push past the pain. In church I went to the bathroom, checking on the bruises when I heard a gasp behind me, I spun around so fast I got a bit lightheaded then I saw it was, Jungkook. Anger seemed to be flowing  from his body when he saw the bruises and cuts

"T..ae?"

I hugged him because he looked like he would kill someone, anyone at that

"Hey, Jungkookie...this..dont worry about this"

He went to run out of the church, he made it halfway down the street before me, Jimin, and Jin Hyung caught him. Jin was a little violent with slamming Jungkook to a fence

"Tae told us okay? We know. Okay? So stop, you can't do anything unreasonable."

A blush spread through him when he looked at me

"I..cant let them hurt Taehyungie..."

I smiled and hugged him, making him walk back to church, his mother shrugged it off when we all sat back down.

-Jungkook-

I was so mad at them all, they stopped me from doing...well I dont know yet, but I'd make sure to protect him.

~2 days pass~

Ugh...Taehyung hasnt been to school, or taking calls, or texts for that. Yoongi said he was told Tae was sick.

Kookie: "Tae...can we talk? I know you're not sick. I wanted to talk.."

Kookie: "I know you're reading my texts! Please its about the....thing"

My family said they liked the new Taehyung, that I should hang out with him more, show him that church is a safe place even.

"Earth to Kookie"

I looked up, Hobi~hyung smiling at me while the other couples were in their own worlds, Jin was talking about the different tastes between crabs and shrimps while Jimin was talking about a new dance he learned

"S-sorry Hyung, I was just worried for Taehyung, it's been days and he hasnt answered my texts or calls"

His smile wavered a little

"I know Kooks, just...stay confident that he's okay, alright?"

I looked at my hands, biting the inside of my cheek to not cry, I wasnt usually this worried about people, but Taehyung was my first love, his box smile now got me through my days while Jimin was with Yoongi

"Hyung...what if he's...dead?"

He started laughing at what I said, though I didnt find it funny

"Kooks. You're so deep in love you forgot to think rational."

"Hobi-hyung!"

"Look kookster, your boy is fine. Either sick or just won't come."

I sighed, going to my next class I couldnt help but think heavily on him.
