There was a time in my life in which I didn't know what to do with myself.
Words changed that.
They taught me my hurt was not mine alone.
I realized I shared much more with people than I knew,
Even if I felt far away from them all.
I spoke of my torments in beautiful ways.
To find poetry in terrors.
I learned to sing of my pain.
