Chapter 11

***Jerome***

I woke up, only to see a very familiar face staring back at me. I chuckled slightly. "What?" Twilight asked, pulling me to my hooves with her magic. "Nothing," I sighed, chuckling a bit. "It's just, I recall that exact same situation happening yesterday." Twilight searched for the memory for a bit, then it clicked, and she giggled. "Oh yeah, when I knocked you out of a tree. That was fun," She said, walking over to a small kitchen in the corner of the room. Speaking of which, where were we? I looked around, only to see we were in a quaint little cottage, with the rest of the team passed out on the floor. Twilight must have seen the confused look on my face. "We're in Fluttershy's cottage, on the edge of Ponyville," she explained, pouring some water into a teakettle with her magic. "The others are out looking for any of those 'extra surprises' that guy you called Herobrine mentioned." Right, Herobrine said it'd be tougher if we chose to come back to Equestria. Suddenly, an immense pain swelled up in my vocal chords. I coughed, and kept coughing, until the pain became unbearable. As the world turned a very dark grey, the last thing I saw was Twilight running towards me, the half-finished tea on the floor.

***Mitch***

I finally woke up, groggily sitting up. The mini-trial we had took a lot out of me. That's when I noticed something...off. I looked down, and my body was shriveled up and wrinkled, like I had been left out in the sun. That's when I heard Jerome's laughing and the crashing behind me. I turned, and saw the Team, who looked like they'd just gone through some extreme pranks. Sky was floating about a foot off of the ground, uncontrollably bumping into things, Ty's mane was so out-of-control and messy we could barely see him, Jerome was laughing uncontrollably, Quentin was covered with what appeared to be soap bubbles, Seto looked drenched in water, Olivia looked like gravity was pressing her down, she could barely crouch, Jason kept changing colors between different shades of blue, and Ian was coated with what looked like ice cream. The perfect joking opportunity. I burst out laughing. "Look at you guys!" I shouted, tears in my eyes. "Wait, wait, so, we've got, Skydoeshovercraft, Dreadlox, LOLJerome, SudsyMudkipz, Wet-osorcerer, Olivialoveslow, TrueBLU, and SSundae! Oh, this is rich!" I yelled, laughing my head off. "Hey," Sky said, narrowly avoiding a table in the center of the room. "Let's not forget you over there, mr. RaisinCanadian!" He shouted, crossing his arms, unfortunately hitting his head on a doorframe. He was right. But still. "Wait wait wait," Seto said, shaking himself in an effort to expel the moisture from his coat. "Anyone know how this happened?" Everyone looked around, seeing if anybody knew. But even Twilight looked bewildered. "Nothing I know could have caused this," she said, examining Seto's soaking body. "Unless..." There was a spark in her eyes. "While we were in the Everfree forest, did you guys step through some blue flowers?" All of us nodded. "I knew it," she said, levitating a book over, showing us a picture of the blue flower we had walked through. "This is a flower called Poison Joke, and instead of giving you a rash or allergic reaction, it pulls pranks on you, like what's happening to you." "Oh great!" Ty said, his voice muffled by his mane. "So you know a cure, right?" "I forget the exact cure," Twilight said, putting a hoof on her chin, "but there should be a book about it in the library." "Umm," Rainbow said, flying over. "Aren't you forgetting something, Twilight?" She pointed in the direction of the library. Oh, right. What used to be the library. Twilight's face immediately fell. "Oh, right." She said, turning back to us. "No more library." Applejack walked over. "Aw, it's alright, Sugarcube," she said, lifting Twilight's downward chin with a hoof. "I'm sure the library will return as soon as Discord brings it back." "If he does," I said, tilting my head. Applejack shot me a menacing glare, causing me to back up a bit, bumping into Sky, who proceeded to float away in that direction. I sighed, turning and trotting away, leaving the others to comfort Twilight. I went out the door, not going to any particular place, just walking. I got a few weird stares from other ponies, but other than that, it was uneventful. Soon, I arrived at a strange part of the town I had never seen before. There was a little blue-and-white striped tent there, and a sign next to it said: 'The Flimflam show!' Shrugging, I trotted inside.
