~ Sarah's P.O.V ~

   "Ludo tired."

"We've only been walking for two hours. We barely made any progress." I groan, watching Ludo carry a sleeping Toby.

"Ma' lady, won't your parents freak out when they notice you and the baby are missing?" Hoggle asks turning to look at me.

"Parent. Father and stepmother. Step." I say making sure they knew she wasn't part of MY family.

"That's a little harsh." Hoggle mumbles as we continue to walk though this labyrinth.

   But something didn't seem right.

"Where these doors here last time?" I ask, stopping in front of two iron-rusted doors.

"I suppose not." Hoggle replies, taking a seat on a rock.

"What if he's on to us? What if he can sense us coming?" I ask, looking around for a clue or hint of some sort.

"Ludo tired." I look over to see Ludo taking a seat next to Hoggle, a sleeping Toby still in his arm.

"You guys stay here, I'll look to see if this is an easier path." I say and open the door to see a path that leads to the middle of the Labyrinth.

"Guys, there's a pathway! It would take less time if we take it." I say as Hoggle stands up, alarmed.

   "I wouldn't fair Sarah. What if it's a trap?"

"Oh, come on." I say and step into the doorway. "See there's nothing wron-"

Before I could finish my sentence, the ground underneath me shakes and then gives out, sending me down a dark hole.

   "Sarah!"

"Help." Was all I could scream on the way down.

The hole felt to go on forever until I landed on padded ground.

   Grass.

I stood up and straightened myself out, looking for a way to get back to my friends and Toby.

"I never expected to see you back here." A cold voice laughed as my breathing stopped and a tight feeling was in the back of my throat.

"J...Jareth." I turn around to be met with sparkling eyes.

   "Hello Sarah."

I could have fainted right there due to the amount of fear rushing through my veins.

"Enjoying my labyrinth?" He asks but then chuckled, "of course you are or you wouldn't have came back for more."

"Why are you hurting my friends?" I ask, jumping the gun.

"Isn't it simple?" He asks, circling around me.

   "If it's because I left, I-"

"Oh Sarah, ever so annoying and filled with questions you know I won't answer. Tell me..." he pauses, leaning against a tree, "do you really think I would be that cruel?" He laughs as cold chills run up my arms.
