"Ever since he got home he's been overly feverish but I don't know what to do... yeah... o-okay, see you in a bit, thanks hyung..."
"Wh- Taehyung..?" my voice was merely a horse whisper
"Wh-what happened hyung... how did I get here...?" I asked, my surroundings somehow looked unfamiliar.
"Aish... Kookie... you really don't remember...? We were at the hospital for your checkup and... well, you said your results were fine but- you collapsed straight after your outburst.." Taehyung spoke calmly, caressing my hair softly, wiping the sweat from my forehead with a damp cloth.
"The Nurses said I should just take you home... but I could feel something was up, so I called Seokjin hyung to come and take a look at you, we all know his motherly instincts never fail," The elder said to me, that same look of adoration in his eyes...
Till the day I die...
Please don't let me forget his eyes...
The eyes that hold my entire galaxy... my heart and my very being...

"K-Kook..! What's the matter..? Why are you crying angel..." he wiped my tear stained cheeks with his thumb and kissed me on the forehead tenderly.
"It's okay baby... I'm here... hyung is here..." his voice soothed the deepest despairs in me as I soon felt the pang of guilt attack my chest... wincing at the pain...
Third Person POV:
"Ding-Dong!"
The hollow ring resonated throughout the room as Taehyung slowly lifted himself up from embracing the younger and made his way to the door.
"Hey lovebirds!! How are you feeling Jungkook... I brought Namjoon with me too, I hope you don't mind..." the eldest spoke, his cheery tone lightening the gloomy atmosphere, as his companion flashed his adorable dimple smile, before entering the room where Jungkook lay.
"Taehyung-ah, if you wouldn't mind... could we speak to Jungkook alone..?" Seokjin questioned, desperately needing time to speak to the younger. With visible hesitation, Taehyung simply gave a nod and quitted the room with a sigh...
"Jungkook...
...we're sorry you've had to fight this alone..."
