AN: Happy New Year! Sorry that my updates are slow but I'm trying. They're going to slow more as school starts up again but I appreciate those who are staying with me! Thank you all for reading! 

Barry: Partners?

Oliver: Partners.

"Why are you partners?" Nora questions.

SS: Abandoned Building

"What the hell is that?" Everyone except Caitlin and Cisco, who share a look, questioned as the lightning trail comes into view.

Barry looks at it and mutters, "That looks like what happened the night Mom died. Only, it's orange and it was red then." Everyone heard and Joe looks over at Barry in apology, he'll pull Barry aside later and talk with him.

Barry: Hey.

"What? Was the lightning trail you?"

Oliver: You're late. Barry, how can you have super-speed and still not be on time?

"Super Speed?!"

Barry: Sorry, I guess the super-tardiness kinda neutralizes it. So how do we catch Bivolo here?

"Catch who? Slugger, if you're going after someone dangerous on your own, I will ground you no matter what age you are."

Oliver: Oh, no, we don't here. We're here to train.

Barry: What? Like Rocky?

Oliver: I read your friend Iris' blog post on The Flash, and I visited all the crime scenes you fought at.

"Wait," Joe started. "How exactly do you know all of this?"

Barry: Don't you sleep?

Oliver: Last month you took on a man named Leonard Snart.

Barry: We call him Captain Cold.

"Uh... why?" everyone other than Oliver and Diggle questions. The beginnings of Team Flash shrug while glancing at each other.

Oliver: We can talk about you giving your enemies silly code names later.

Barry: You mean like over coffee with Deathstroke and The Huntress?

"He's got you there, Oliver," Felicity chuckles while everyone, except Oliver and Barry, laughs.

Oliver: The point is that you engaged Snart on a commuter train, which he derailed.

Barry: Okay, there may have been some damage, but I got the job done, I was the hero.

Oliver: Barry, when you approach a new environment, do you case every inch of it? You could. You have the time. But you don't. You just run in blind. There's a difference, Barry, between having powers and having precision.

Barry: When I came to you thinking about going out and helping people, you said I could be an inspiration.

Oliver: Living this life... Well, it takes more than a mask. It takes discipline. And since you are probably as stubborn as I am...

Barry: What is that for?

Oliver: You're going to run over there, you're going to come back at me, and you're going to get hit with an arrow.

"Oliver..." Felicity and Dig warn.

Barry: [Laughs] No, I'm not.

Oliver: [Laughs] Yes, you are.

Barry: Okay, fine, I will humor you. Ready?

Felicity groans and facepalms whilst glaring at Oliver and Barry, catching on to what's about to happen, groans and buries his head in Iris's shoulder. She glances at him in confusion but, knowing that she'll get her answer from the screen in a few moments, ignores it.

Oliver: Ready.

Barry: Nice try. Gah! Ah! What, you shot me? [Panting]

"Oliver!" Felicity and Diggle yell at him. "What the hell?! First Roy and now Barry! Is shooting your trainees the best way you can think of to train them?"

"What? Trainees? In what, being a vigilante?"

Oliver: I heard you heal fast.

Cue disapproving looks from literally everyone.

Barry: [Screams]

Nora and Henry's glares become more intense after Barry screams. Barry intercepts them before they can do or say anything by sidetracking everyone when he says, "So, I apparently have superspeed. Cool! Now I have a good heart and fast legs!" He purposefully mirrors what Nora had said to him when he had gotten beaten up by bullies. Nora smiles and turns her attention back to the screen.
