POV Marilyn
I was about to step out the door when my mom yelled.
"Where are you going??"she asked
Without turning around I said I was going out and left.
I heard a bottle slam onto the table.
I went to the backyard and knocked my sisters window.
She was so little only 7yrs old.
"Yes sissy?"she said in a dazed.
My eyes swelled as I saw the bruises on her face.
"Come on we are going bye bye" I said pulling her through the window.
I walked her to her friends house and walk to the frozen yogurt place. I couldn't stop crying but as soon as I saw Ty I held it in.
"Hey we're you crying?" he asked as he
wiped a tear hold my cheek.
I smiled and shook my head
"Allergies.."i replied.
"Hmm classic"he said smirking. he walk me inside with his hands on my shoulders.
"So how's your relationship with your parents?"he asked
I thought about it.
"Well my dad died last year and my
Mom.... well she's missing..."i said my
Eyes tearing again.
His eyes showed sympathy
"Oh I'm sorry... don't cry please... your too pretty for that.."he said wiping my tears away again.
I smiled he was so sweet.
"So will you be my girlfriend?"he
Asked slowly like he was afraid.
"Surely" I replied smiling.

The night went smoothie after that and I was happy for once.
I stopped at to pick up laya, my sister.
"
Come on baby,"i called to her as her friends parent walked her outside
"Your welcomed to stay the night and f you'd like" Lila asked.
I nodded and went back inside. Lila was my best friend. I told her about my mom and she lets me stay with her when she senses I'm in trouble. i told her about the date as she did my nails.
'Hold on I'm gonna check on laya."i said running out her room.
She was sleeping in the living room peacefully. I smiled. I wanted the best for her. I went back into Lola's room.
We went to sleep.
The next morning I climbed through my bedroom window and picked up clothes for me and laya. I creeped through the hallway and saw my mom drinking my beer. there was cans everywhere. I quickly made my way out and ran to Lila's.
I put laya on the bus for school and walked with lila to out school.
"Hey baby!" Ty said as we walked up to the entrance.
We walked in together. Everything was perfect.
