-recap-
Kate gets a new look, and she goes home and her mom kicks her out.
KATE MOORE~
I sat on my bed and waited for TJ to answer his phone.
"Hey" he shouts through the phone.
"Um, hi" I mutter.
"Holy shit what's wrong?" he asks.
"My mom just kicked me out" I tell him, tears burning my eyes.
"Oh my god! I'm still at Maddy's house, come pick me up. You can stay with me." he tells me.
"Thanks, I'll see you soon" I half smile.
I grab my bags and walk downstairs. My mother sits on the couch drinking vodka straight from the bottle, a habit of hers whenever I mess up.
"I'm leaving" I mutter and open the door.
"Fucking die" my mothers shouts.
I ignore her and get in my car and drive to Maddy's house. When I get there I see TJ sitting outside, he smiles at me and runs to the car.
" I'm so sorry" he says, hugging me.
"I'm okay" I smile, "I'm better of without that bitch"
TJ gave me directions to where we were staying.
"I live with Destrey and Zero" he tells me.
"Are you sure they won't mind me being there?" I ask.
"No, they'll understand, Zero's parents kicked him out too"
"Right there" TJ says, pointing to a huge white mansion.
"Holy shit" I whisper.
"Come on!" TJ yells excitedly.
I grab my backpack and my purse and follow closely behind TJ. "TJ, who's your friend?" a short Spanish women asks.
"This is Kate, she's gonna be staying here for a while" TJ tells her.
"I'm Rosie" she smiles.
"Nice to meet you" I smile back.
We walk inside and TJ leads me down a flight of stairs, I could here loud voices, arguing over something.
We walk into a medium sized room, Destrey and Zero stand in the middle of it.
"Where the hell have you been?" Zero asks.
"I went to visit Maddy." TJ shrugs.
"Who's that?" Destrey asks.
"That's Kate, remember? You literally met her during art?" TJ says shocked.
"Oh, shit" Zero mutters under his breath.
I opened my mouth to speak, but no words came out.
"She got kicked out and has no where to stay" TJ tells them.
"She can stay here" Destrey nods without emotion.
"Thanks" I whisper.
"Let's start practice" Zero smiles.
"Practice what?" I ask.
"We have a band!" TJ tells me.
"Cool" I reply.
The band set up, while I sat in a chair in the corner of the room. TJ sat at a drum set on the left, Zero tuned a blue guitar, and Destrey fixed the microphone stand.
