Chapter 3: Jokes On You

My grip loosened on the box that I had held in my hand. It fell to the floor sliding towards the newcomer's feet. That's embarrassing. "Your Layla aren't you?" I stiffened, they grabbed my wrist as I went to grab the box. I pulled myself up annoyed, wait... how does this guy know my real name?

I yanked my arm away frowning, "I go by Sol, but who are you?" The guy had blonde hair with blue eyes, he looks like a cartoon character.

Wait. He looks familiar, where have I seen him before? "I'm Mirio! Remember me?! I'm Tamaki's best friend!" I took a step back surprised. Tamaki? I never got to meet his friends, I made the choice to leave. I've only ever seen a picture of the three of them.

I blinked out of my thoughts. "Tamaki, you say?" I moved my cart away, before buying everything. Mirio following me outside. "How is he?" I asked he's the one I mentioned who was on the hero's side.

Mirio was smiling before he disappeared into the ground- wait what the fuck. His face popped out from the floor, "He's been doing great, we've all been wondering what happened to you?"

Figures. "That's good, but I thought Tamaki told you guys what happened to me." Mirio blinked before popping back out of the ground.

Oh, he's naked. Looking him up and down I turned away, "He never mentioned it. Well... whenever we tried he'd get upset. We were all surprised when you never showed up at UA. We would have been the big 4."

I gripped my bag getting pissed, "I had family issues. So I had to-." My phone buzzed making me freeze, pulling it out from my back pocket I sighed. "Sorry hold on."

"No problem!" He said before taking out his own phone and started texting.

Kurogiri: Where are you? It's been an hour. When are you coming back Shigaraki wants his gummy bears.

Are you serious? I turned the screen off giving a scowl, "Sorry Mirio, but I have to go. It was nice seeing you in person." About to jump off my wrist got grabbed making me gasp.

"Wait! Hold on! Tamaki wants your number and I do as well!" Mirio said fast; I blinked but said nothing before handing him my phone. He typed in it while giving a wide smile, "Be safe! Can't wait to text!" Then he disappeared into the ground.

Uh. Couldn't he have just walked off?

I tched, "Am I attracting boys or what?" Jumping away my phone buzzed again. Ugh please don't be Kurogiri, I already bought the stuff dammit.

???: Hey.

Me: Who is this?

???: Where are my gummy bears!

Me: Shigaraki! Delete my fucking number now.

Shigaraki: BITCH MY-

Fast I turned my screen off, fucking Kurogiri must have given him my number cause he kept bitching. What's so fucking great about gummy bears anyway? I sighed tiredly as my phone kept blowing with messages.

I haven't even gotten to go for a walk, turning off my phone... I walked towards a park. I came here one time when I was younger, I remember hitting a blonde-haired kid who was picking on a green-haired one. Scratching my nose I hummed, it's the only childhood memory I remember.

I can't remember their names, but I know one had issues and the other was addicted to All Might.

All Might huh? I wonder what that dude is up too, haven't heard of him lately. About a few hours passed, I was laid back on a bench sleeping. Who sleeps at a park you ask? Me. I have nothing valuable anyways, plus feeling the breeze and quietness is heaven. "Oh." Huh? Opening my eyes I see someone standing in front of me with a mask and an orange cape.
