Making it through life is hard no matter who you are. Everyone experiences hardships and conflicts, that is the way of life. Although, the enjoyment of life is expected and encouraged, when you have taken it from another...you have sacrificed yours.
Jason is a senior at Faisheng National High School. He has never experienced the feeling of doubt and has always been sure of himself, but he is missing a part of himself that he can't seem to find. Jason is fun-loving and easy going to everyone else but the demons that follow him around and haunt every day are only seen by himself. Someone took his feelings and sacrificed theirs, but the feelings will always return when you need them most, or maybe when they will hurt you the least.
Maren is a beast. Hardcore, cold, stoic, and harsh but that doesn't deter anyone from trying to kill him. He was never supposed to be born, and everyone calls him a mistake but there are no mistakes, only fate. Everything happens for a reason and there are no coincidences. Maren's heart is frozen in time but maybe the feelings will be let free if only he could truly see.
Family will always be difficult, there is no way to avoid it but if you love them the problems can be fixed. The moment that love truly leaves; you are no longer able to be a family. You are just strangers.
Don't let the love leave, having love keeps you alive, but there will always be the decision of Life or Death.
