Chapter two

                      THE SHADOWS
                       
                     THE BEGINNING

This story starts off even before I was born, as a matter of fact, it starts two days before I was conceived (don't ask me to explain the birds and bees because that's not how it works).
My mother was a hard working woman, who lived in a rundown flat along third street New York city. She was single but she had to baby her sister as she was a lazy ass who didn't want to find work. She was a very beautiful lady with auburn hair and light yellow eyes. Her features where perfect and she heart a warm heart. She thought she hit it big when she got a job offer in Fang labs, but that's where it all went down. She was a qualified chemical engineer but all Fang wanted was a lab rat.. some one to test out the serum. She refused at first because she was pregnant with me and that it would endanger my life but she was assured health safety and even funding so she could care for me properly. All she had to do was have a serum called, The shadows. What it does is it can either give you super human strength or make you indistructable depending on the partial chemistry on your body but the one side effect is when you take the serum you lose all your memory. When she took the serum Fang had a programmed set of all her memories and returned it to her so she didnt lose anything from her past. But it had one major side effect. The effect was that it didn't affect her, who did it affect? Me. How? Well firstly it enhanced my growth so much that from nine months it became two. After I was born I grew rapidly and within a year I was the size of a eight year old. That wasn't the problem. The problem? Where did tell serum go? It fused with my blood and not only was my growth enhanced but the serum as well. Yes I had both strength and indistructability that is powered by emotion. So how angry or happy you are will determine how strong you will be. So I became a major success for Fang. But the owner Fang Tsung saw me as a goal and attempted to replicate my ability for himself. He managed to get both abilities but he wasn't sure if he was stronger than me. How would anyone know? I was eight.  So the tests carried on. And just to clarify, Fang did actually keep to his word and he bought that piece of trash flat for mum, sorted out her financial issues and cleared her debt but unfortunately she lost her job, and I had to be in the lab four days a week. So my life was cut short and I had more chemicals in my body than I had actual food. I spent two years as a lab rat for Fang. But he grew impatient with trying to get strong and he feared that I would one day overthrow him so he sought out on a new mission... Extermination
