Chapter 1: Years from Today

Marinette's POV:

                          
I slept like a baby against Adrien. The last few nights were sleepless. Poor Louis had a high fever and kept waking up at night crying. Time flew by so fast I forgot what day it was.

                          
"On the count of three we are gonna sing happy birthday to mommy," Adrien whispered quietly 
"One"
"Two"
"Three"
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU" They all screamed at once. I jumped up to see Adrien and the kids singing to me.
"Happy birthday mommy," Emma said as she kissed her cheek 
"Thank you so much sunshine"
"We made these macaroons just for you mommy," Hugo bursted with excitement 
"Thank you Hugo,Emma, and Louis for this wonderful surprise," I said with a sweet smile on my face.
"Aaaaaaannnddd WE ARE GOING TO DISNEYLAND" Adrien yelled at the top of his lungs . The children cheered and I couldn't help but laugh at my silly kitty. They all left the room to get ready for the fun day ahead. Adrien walked and embraced me from behind,kissing my neck.
"Happy birthday m'Lady" Adrien whispered.
"Thanks Chaton,now we better hurry up or the kids will be akumatized" I said in a playful voice.
"Oh no"He giggled as he walked of to get the kids into the car.

                          
We arrived to Disneyland and did everything possible. Emma got to meet her favorite princess Elsa and of course hugged Olaf. Hugo wanted to ride all the roller coasters but he wasn't tall enough for most of them. Louis refused to let go of Baymax and Adrien struggled to loosen his grip. We ended the day with the fireworks show and did a little shopping together. Everyone was exhausted and ready to hit the hay. I ended up driving us back home while the rest were in a heavy sleep.

                          
"Alright sleepyheads, we are home," my voice shattered the silence.
They woke up and slowly got out of the car.
I walked up to our house to notice our door was wide open.
"Kids stay in the car," I yelled
"What's wrong princess" Adrien asked as he tries to catch his breath 
His eyes widened to see their lovely house was broken into.
"Stay here princess,I'm going in." 
Adrien kissed me passionately like he was never going to see me again.
"No Adrien come back," I screamed.
