A/N: Sorry for taking so long! I was busy drawing up what everyone looked like because I was going to make a character description part!

Xiao Bao and Xiaoyao decided to go out. They were tired of being cooped up all day in the courtyard. However, they remembered to put disguises on this time around.

Everything seemed to go well......at first.

The two of them were wandering the town and stopped by a small snack stand to get something to eat.

It was some dango snacks.

Xiaoyao reveled at the sweet taste that permeated her entire mouth. Her eyes narrowed in delight as she reached to get some more.

Xiao Bao observed this sight and chuckled a bit. Sister really is like a kid. She even acts like one for sweets. How interesting.

He marked this down in his mental notebook of things that she liked. He was learning new things about this sister of his and he found every single bit of this information so incredibly amusing. Though it also worried him at the same time.

She was almost.....too childish.

This was not necessarily a bad thing, but....

"Xiao Bao, Xiao Bao. Did you hear what I said?" Xiaoyao called.

"Hm? No."

She pouted. "Like I was saying....I'm pretty sure I forgot to mention it, but there's someone possessing my body."

"........Huh?" Xiao Bao was taken aback. This was a complete curve ball.

"I just remembered that I forgot to tell you!" She exclaimed happily.

"........." Xiao Bao held his head in hands and sighed. "Remember these things a bit earlier, would you?"

"Hehehe...." Xiaoyao smiled gleefully like a child who successfully pranked someone.

"Sometimes I wonder who's the older one out of us...." he mumbled.

"What did you say?"

"Nothing. I just remembered that I also forgot to tell you that Xiao Jin already informed me of that."

"He did?"

"Yeah." Xiao Bao's lips curled up. "He looked so happy talking about this Hei Lianhua person. Someone with an reasonable personality and the same amount of sense as him."

"What's that supposed to mean?!"

"Sister...." Xiao Bao said as he patted her shoulder with pity in his eyes. "Do you really not know?"

"What? What is it? What did I do wrong?"

Hei Lianhua's bright laughter echoed in her head. She really didn't understand what was going on.

After paying the bill, the two stood up while chatting to leave, but a ball came flying towards them. Xiao Bao reacted quickly and caught the ball.

"Why did you throw the ball that far?" One of the kids complained.

"Sorry, sorry. I didn't know that you wouldn't be able to catch it....." Another replied.

The smallest out of them ran up to Xiao Bao. "Umm, would you mind giving it back?" she asked shyly.

Xiao Bao nodded and handed it back.

The girl held the ball but didn't go away.

"...? Is there something....?" Xiao Bao asked.

The girl nodded. "Your mask is pretty." Saying so, she reached out and removed it from his face.

Keep in mind, the only disguise the two had on was a mask.

Seeing this, Xiaoyao now thinks that that wasn't the greatest idea for a disguise.

Almost instantly, Xiao Bao was recognized and the same crowd from yesterday appeared as if they were waiting for this exact moment.

The only thought that went through either of their minds was 'Oh shit.'

.......................

"......*pant*.......*pant*........Are.....*gasp*....they gone?" Xiaoyao asked.

Xiao Bao let out a few breaths as well. "I'm.....not sure....."

"Where are they?!"

"Find them!"

"Go!!!!"

The two of them looked at each other. "I guess not....."

The two quickly finished their shopping and returned home as sneakily as they could without being caught.

Xiao Jin looked at their disheveled states. ".....Again?"

"Again." the two replied.

"Why are they even this passionate? I thought they would give up by now...." Xiaoyao complained.

"Yeah." Xiao Bao agreed.

Xiao Jin scratched his head. "Well.....everyone is always looking for a safer way to live. By relying on someone powerful or someone who could become powerful, they would secure a way for them to pass life by safely. This is what I got by talking with Lianhua, anyway."

Xiaoyao immediately forgot about the prior dilemma as a smile creeped its way on her face. "Oh~~ it seems like you've been talking quite well with Lianhua lately."

Xiao Jin's face lit up in embarrassment as he turned his face away. "No! That's not it!"

"Don't be so such a tsundere ~~."

"I'm not!"

"What's a tsundere?" Hei Lianhua asked.

"An outwardly cold, but inwardly warm person." Xiaoyao replied.

"Ah. That indeed describes him." Hei Lianhua said as he covered his mouth to hide his smile.

Xiaoyao relayed what he said to Xiao Jin. "See~~ Even Lianhua agrees~"

"You.....You guys......"

Xiaoyao had taken great relish in teasing Xiao Jin ruthlessly about his budding friendship with Hei Lianhua. She found it quite amusing how Xiao Jin's usually impassive face would light up in excitement as he talked to Hei Lianhua.

Xiao Bao looked at Xiao Jin with mirth. "Sister, I haven't been informed about this lately. Please tell me all about their relationship~~."

Xiao Jin's face was so red, you could practically squeeze blood from it.

"You.....!!!!!" He picked up a frying pan as his eyes lit up with anger.

Xiaoyao and Xiao Bao (as well as Hei Lianhua) spent the rest of the day teasing the poor Xiao Jin.

.........................

"How is the progress?" A voice commanded from a high chair.

"Everything has been proceeding as normal, Master." A black shadow knelt before the throne.

"Good. You may go."

"Understood." He disappeared.

The man dressed in dark purple robes let out a laugh. "Creation Goddess. Soon, very soon, your power will be mine to control."
