I woke up to loud gospel music already knowing what the deal was. "Fuck" I mumbled as I groaned loudly. I slowly rolled over and grabbed my phone from the night stand. The time was 12:30 and I had missed calls from Adria , Nicole , and even Kentrell.

I sat up and stretched while holding my phone. My phone started ringing and I looked at the screen. Kentrell's name flashed across it. I hesitated but ended up answering.

"Hello" I said softly.

"Wassup, you must still be in the bed ?"

"Yeah , but I'm getting up now"

"Ight well I might see you lata"

"O-okay" I said unsure of what he meant. After I said that the phone line went dead. I got out of bed and walked over to my dresser. I decided on a simple skirt and shirt. I walked in the bathroom and did my hygiene things and my hair.

Soon after I was done I went down the hall to see what my momma was doing. Immediately the smell of cleaning supplies hit my nose when I got to the kitchen. "Hey ma" I said going to the fridgerator getting water.

"Hey baby, where you going today ?" She asked while wiping the counters down.

"Maybe to the mall with Nicole and Adria"

"Alright well if I'm gone before you leave lock up the house, i gotta go to Lulu house"

I nodded my head "alright" then I walked out to the living room. Somebody knocked on the door and I opened it seeing Nicole and Adria. "Girl I just called your phone, you ready ?" Nicole asked.

"Oh shit , yeah lemme go put my shoes and stuff on"

I went down the hall quickly putting on my sandles, after that I grabbed my phone, purse, and house keys. I ran to the kitchen telling my momma I was finna leave. We went out the door to the car. Then we drove off.

"So what you do yesterday after school ?" Adria asked.

"Nothing major I went to Walmart and I met this boy there" I shrugged.

"Ooo Nene was he cute ? Did you get his number" Nicole asked.

"Yeah he was cute and Yes I gave him my number. We texted a lil bit last night and he called this morning".

"Okay I see you getting back in the swing of things" Adria said giggling making me chuckle a bit.

Not too long after we made it to the mall. It was packed in here and I was getting uncomfortable cuz Ian a people person. We went in a couple stores and bought some stuff. I only had 3 bags while Nicole and Adria had more. They decided to go in Footlocker too.

When we got there it was a huge crowd surrounding one area. "See this bullshit, who could possibly be soo interesting" I said sighing.

"The rapper nigga duhh" right when Nicole said that the crowd cleared and we walked in. I felt eyes burning a hole into the side of my face but I kept walking around.

"Say Jania ?" I heard and me, nicole, and Adria looked around. I spotted kentrell and gave him a small smile as I walked over to him.

"So this what you meant by I might see you lata ?" I said giggling. He nodded but before he could speak a little girl came over.

"Excuse me can I take a picture with you ?" She asked with a innocent smile. He smiled while bending down next to her as her mother took the picture.

"Thank you" the girl's mother said.

"No problem" I heard him say before turning back to me.

"Oh so you who everybody been talm bout ?" I said playfully rolling my eyes.

"Yeah I guess" he chuckled

"Mmm so what brings you to Houston ?"

"Yo small ass ask a lot of questions" he said making me laugh.

"Whatever" I said looking back at Adria and Nicole.

"Aye I gotta get ready ta leave come by the hotel lata" he said smirking. I raised my eyebrow.

"No promises but I might" I said unsurely.

"You betta" he said to me before turning around walking off.

"The fuck this nigga think he is , YoU bEtTa head ass" I mumbled to myself while walking to Adria and Nicole.

"Bitch you didn't tell us HE was the one you met yesterday !" Nicole exclaimed.

"I didn't even know HE was the rapper nigga that YOU told us about" I Simi yelled back to Nicole.

"Bitch I. Am. Shooketh" Adria said shocked. We laughed at her.

"Damn bitch you hit the jackpot"

I laughed and we continued to walk through the mall for another hour. It was people everywhere and I started to feel my attitude assemble. Soon after we left out the mall heading to my house. Once we pulled up I grabbed my bags.

"Bye Bitch" Adria yelled. I giggled a lil bit opening the car door.

"Bye y'all text me tonight"

"You already know ima give y'all the tea when I leave Devon house" Nicole said sticking her tongue out.

"Ooo bitch have fun" I said laughing as I closed the door. I walked up to the house seeing that momma's car wasn't here. I got my keys out unlocking the door.

The house was quiet as fuck so I turned the tv on. After I did that I went to my room putting the bags down. Soon after my phone started ringing so looked at it.

Kentrell🙂 would like to FaceTime....

I answered the phone sitting it on the stand. His face soon popped up and I heard a lot of voices. "Whea you at" he asked.

"I just got home not too long ago" I said taking the stuff out the bags.

"You gon slide thru ?"

"Umm I might depending on if I feel like it"

"Getcho ass up and come ova hea" he playfully yelled.

"I might gimme some time to think" I laughed.

"I'm telling you na , ion take no fa a answer"

"Who all over there ?" I asked.

"Don't worry bout it jus brang yo ass on mane"

I sighed loudly, "Alright gimme 30 minutes"

"Ight bet"

After that he hung up. I really didn't feel comfortable going but Ian have nun better to do. I finished putting my clothes up that I bought. After that I grabbed my phone , charger, and keys walking to the living room. I turned off the TV and walked out the door.

I got in the car and he sent me the location and the room number. I hooked my phone up to the aux cord playing nothing is promised by Rhianna. I sung along and pulled up to the hotel 5 minutes later.

I turned the car off sitting there for a minute gathering my thoughts. After 5 minutes debating on whether I wanted to get out or not I finally got out. I grabbed my purse walking to the hotel entrance.
