"Sir I believe he should be , I just ended a war between the nations so all should be relatively peaceful" Aang said stroking his imaginary beard in thought.
"But how!" All Might shouted pointing a finger at him "how does one coming from a different planet have a quirk.."
"Quirk? Oh yeah you mean powers? Or like my bending.."
"Your quirk is called bending?"
"Ah not exactly I can fire bend , air bend, and water bend.. so it's not bending like stretching or something" Aang explained

"Well boy I suggest joining the U.A academy I can offer a special recommendation for you- or you can take the exam to get in, it might be more helpful if you take the practical exam though,"

Groaning All Might grabbed hold of Aang "yes Fellow citizens , it's me All Might and my newly Adopted son! Aang , please be kind and ask questions one at a time he's from a foreign region so some things might be hard for him to understand" twitching the avater turned his face to look at the older man.
'I'm not some idiot!? Who the hell does he think I am- AH!' Sucking it up the pair stood and began to answer on coming questions for the next hour.
OoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooO After what felt like hours Aang gave up asking All Might for his name and was finally walking home with the man to the place that would be his temporary home.
'I wonder why they built their building out of metal? What-Wait is that metal? Or maybe I can ask All Might later about the strange things that keep running passed us??'
