it was a busy morning at ccpd, captain singh was finishing his last minute paperwork waiting for there very influential guest to arrive, when their guest walked in with an african looking bodyguard behind him drawing all the attention to themselves, Singh left his office and walked over to the man "good morning mayor queen im captian singh welcome to o the ccpd" he said offering a hand for the fellow man to shake,"good morning captian singh pleasure to be here" oliver replied shaking the offerd hand a fake smile plasterd over his face"and this is john diggle my bodygaurd who has joint me today" he added after a moment, once familiaritys were spoken they whent round the old 80s decorated building looking at the decorations that should of been scrapped years ago and the out-dated computers that would give Felicity,Ray and Cisco a heart attack just at the thourght of them. oliver had chosen to donate a sufficent amount of money to the precinct to A) help his neighbouring city and B) try to sutterly make Barry (and joes) life easier at work, eventho if asked hed never emmit it.
During the tour the captains phone had rang meaning he had to esscuse himself leaving Oliver and Diggle to look around thereselves somehow Oliver had found himself sitting at detective joe wests desk diggle standing to his right "hey Oliver or should i say Mayor Queen" Joe asked chuckling at the look of discussed flashing over the mayors face before he masked it perfectly with a small smile "Olivers fine for you guys Mayor Queen just sounds wrong like when Thea or Felicity call me it" Oliver added "hey Dig,hows the family" Joe asked trying to stay somewhat professional but giving up at the look sent his way from the bodygaurd "Hey Joe,Lyla's ok were still adapting to having a bay in the house but its all good" dig awnserd- noticing like joe and oliver the lack of noise surrounding them and other staff members not so suttley looking in there direction but neither of the 3 choose to pay any attention, and oliver wouldnt cause a fuss unless anything nasty was said within his hearing rang- "I was told you had a little one now,Sara right?" joe questioned getting a nod from the former body gaurd before his phone rung "its felicity i better take it, keep him out of trouble for me joe"dig replied nodding to oliver who said "hey!" in protest fondly.
A few moments later Barry who had mainly stayed in his Lab apart from leaving when the flash was needed at a small robbery and to avoide messing anything related to olivers visit up in true Barry Allen like fashion strolled into the precint back from his break with 3 coffees "Hey joe this ones for you, one for you ollie and digg has his" he said passing the coffes to the correct people "if you've got time ill meet you after work ollie?" barry asked knowing if the captian saw him hed probally assume the worse and nearly lose his job which ofcourse hed get back either way as 1) joe will intervein,2)oliver will intervein or 3)a case will come up needing his expertease "of course bare see a later,okay?" ollie replied taking a sip of his cofee as barry nodded his head and ran up the stairs in the opposit direction the captian was now emmerging from "he paid with your credit card didnt he?" joe asked confusing everyone "yeah i gave it to him this morning when he met us at jitters with iris as were were slightly earlie and i dont know about dig but i deinetly needed a coffee especially after last night"oliver replied recieving a knowing look with joe before coninung his tour with the captian leaving many baffeled detectives in his wake questioning one thing.
