Chapter 5

Time skip
Virgil POV

It's been 3 days since I've been in the hospital and I haven't seen Roman at school for a while. I know this might seem strange but I'm worried about him. He's never missed school and there is a football game coming up soon. I should go and ask Patton and Logan if they have seen him. But I don't know where they would be. Oh! Duh, in the food court that's where they always are. I was on my way but then someone pulled me into a classroom and pushed me against the wall after shutting the door behind me. "Virgil please just hear me out." Wait is that Roman? I looked up and sure enough it was him. For some reason I had tears in my eyes. I quickly hugged him which must of shocked him because he didn't say anything. "Why.....?" I looked up confused. "Why does it have to be you?" I was really confused on what he was talking about. "Roman what ar" I was cut off by Roman kissing me. I didn't know what to do or think so I just sat there. He pulled away and looked at me with wide eyes. "Virgil I'm so sor" he began but I cut him off. "What is up with you and always saying sorry!?!" I yelled at him. He looked down. "I didn't mean to kiss you." He said in a dark voice. I felt hurt for some reason. What!? No I don't feel hurt. Do I? "Virgil..." I heard Roman whisper my name so I looked up but only to be met with his lips on mine again. But this time I kissed back. Wait? No! I can't let him do this again! He's the reason why I'm hated! I pushed him away from me quickly. "What are you doing!? Is your stupid friend hiding somewhere again?! Huh!?" I yelled with tears streaming down my eyes. "What? No I promise it's not like that please let me explain" he begged. Should I? ".....fine but you have 30 minutes." I told him. "I didn't want to kiss you back then just so they could get a picture of it I did it because I liked you and I still do." He said with his eyes tearing up. "You like me? You like me?! How can you say that?!" I asked while crying and yelling at the same time. "Virgil please I'm sorry." He grabbed on to me and embraced me in a hug. But all I did was hit his chest. "I hate you! I hate you so much!" I yelled. "I know, I know." He whispered. "I hate you, I hate you......but...why do I still like you?" I whispered. "Y-you what?" He asked shocked. I looked at him with red puffy eyes. "I like you to.. I always have." I admitted while looking down. "Virgil, look at me." He said. I just shook my head. He put his pointer finger under my chin and lifted my head up to meet his eyes. "I-I really like y" he started to say. But the door opened and we both looked to see who it was and oh shit. It's Logan and Patton. "What the heck is going on?" Patton asked looking at me and then Roman. "Uh...." me and Roman said at the same time.

Well there you go. The moment you all have been waiting for. Ok now that I'm back home I'll be posting a lot more chapters. At least 1 chapter every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Till next time bye.
