Sara solemnly walked to school. She didn't live that far away, so it wasn't unusual to see a lonely looking girl wearing a baggy t-shirt and jeans walking to school, with her earbuds in.

Somebody's hands covered her eyes, and even though you couldn't see, they brightened considerably.

"Guess whoooooo???" A bubbly voice asked.

"Morning, Lenna" Sara piped up. Lenna removed her hands from Sara's eyes, and started walking to the grand marble steps of the school.

"You'll never believe what happened!" Lenna gushed suddenly. Lenna was bouncing up and down from excitment, and her hands were twirling her strawberry blonde hair.

"What?" Sara giggled.

"My. Dad. Got. Me. A.....," Lenna opened the front doors to the school. "NEW DESIGNER DRESS FOR THE UPCONING DANCE EEEEEEE!!!"Lenna's peircing gray eyes looked into Sara's green ones, searching for any emotion or thoughts about the dance...or the dress

Sara never understood what was so fun about dances. You went to a place to eat, talk, drink, and awkwardly bop to the music. Girls wore pretty dresses, and boys either wore fancy suits or hoodies and sweats. What's so fun?

"Yay...?"

"Don't tell me you're not coming!" Lenna gasped, recognizing the look of utter and complete confusion on her friends face.

Sara laughed a bit more. "If you want me to I can? Maybe? Come?"

"Oh good, good, good because I already told your dad that after school today we were going dress shopping. Oh." Lenna reached into the pocket of her floral romper. "Here," she  said giving her an envelope. "Your dad put $100 in it to buy a dress."

Sara's face twisted into a look of disgust. "Money from my mom?"

"Ha...yeah..."

"I could always design my own dress right?"

"NO!! We're going shopping!"

The two walked in silence to their lockers which were, conveniently, next to each other. They both had the same schedule too, except during Lenna's flex period Sara was in and extra art  class. She spent that time usualy designing clothes.

"Ok. What time did my dad say I should be home? Obviously, you've discussed this with him."

Lenna rolled her eyes up a bit, it was a weird habit of hers when she tried to remember something. "6 pm sharp"

"Oh?"

"Yeah."

The duo walked into their homeroom, and was immedialty blinded by the flashing camera's of girls trying to click pictures of Luka before they had to go to their CORRECT desination, where they would send their pictures to eachother on some weird fangirling chat.

"Get out!," snapped Lenna.

"NoOOOOoooooO!!!!" One of the girls screeched.

"In 39.8 seconds from...NOW!" Another said.

"Ladies, Ladies, I don't want you getting in trouble, so why don't you go?" Luka asked, well, demanded of them.

"OMGOMGOMG OFCOURSE LUKA!" The group shrieked. They crowded out the doors of the classroom, and you could hear their stomping feet from miles away.

Sara and Lenna's eyes rolled into the ceiling in sync.

5th period, Sara felt somebody's eyes on her back. Her head snapped back, and made a weird crack! -ing noise. Lenna looked at Sara, who shrugged in response when she saw nobody looking at her.
