The Theif <Chapter 19>

"My name's Plagg."

"Hello Plagg, my name's y/n." You greeted with a sweet smile, Plagg rolled his eyes and looked at you with his head tilted.

"I know, Adrien won't shut up about you." He stated, the statement made you smile thinking about how sweet he is, but then you remembered what you saw and your smile turned upside down, your nose scrunched up and you looked at the floor. Plagg was just staring at you not knowing what to do, "ahhh, so anyway... I'm here to ask you for help."

You wiped away the water in your eyes and looked back up at Plagg, "why do you need my help?" You asked, he started to float around you kept eye contact with him, he looked as if he was searching for something, "something wrong?"

"I want the cheese." He stated bluntly, you let out a sigh and walked to the balcony door opening it and walking through.

"Oh, Y/n your back! I just got a call from my mother and she told me I should come home, I'm sorry but if you need anything I'm a call away." Alya said, you have her a hug and she left the room, when you turned around Plagg was at your face with a questioning look.

"So will you help me?" He asked, you had two idea's of how to do this...

"Okay, 2 options; 1. Sneak into his room and yank it off his finger or 2. Steal it stealthy." You stated, looking evilly at the wall, thinking of how these scenarios could go down.

"As much as I would love to see that, I am hungry and tired." Plagg stated, "I would like; Camembert and a nice fluffy bed, that I don't have to share."

"Alright Princess, you can take my bed, I'm going on a field trip to visit a ex-friend." And started, "there is camembert in the fridge... Tagg if you would, Let's Roar." You transformed and ran to the balcony, remembering to close the door before you jump from the railing from the balcony to the giant fence around your house, to the next few rooftops until you got to Adrien's house.

Landing on the wall around his house, having a good view of his darkened room, you let out a sigh think of what happened to Adrien. After a few seconds you focused back on your target, trying to get the ring, you quickly jumped to the top of his roof looking for an easy, non breaking way to get in his room, when you saw a window that was just the slightest bit open in his bathroom.

You leaned on the edge of the roof, trying to grab what little part of it was open so that you can make the opening wider. You where just out of range so you used your golden tiger claws, allowing you to just barely grab it. You opened the window as wide as you could then jumped on the lower roof, which made the window seem pretty high up.

You made your claws disappear so you could land quietly, and activated you other power; night vision. Preparing to jump through the window...and hopefully make a graceful landing... you took a few steps back, lining up the window then started to sprint forward, and perfectly jumping through the window.

When you got on the other side of the wall, you almost tripped right into Adrien's room but thankfully caught yourself. You composed your posture once again, walked quietly made your way to Adrien's sleeping figure. Every now and again you would hear his quiet snoring through the room, you looked at his sleeping face, and his body sprawled all over the bed.

You smile at the adorable slight but then remembered that you had to get the ring, thankfully his hand was hanging over the side of the bed. You quietly crawled onto the floor, going as close to his hand as possible, you reached your hand out about to the ring, trying not to disturb said hand. You carefully put two fingers around the white ring and gently pulled down. You almost had a heart attack when his hand suddenly move, almost hitting your face, but thankfully missing.

Again you tried pulling it gently off his finger, doing it extremely slowly, you knew it was getting way to late for a school night so you decided to make this fast and wrap it up.

You simply put your fingers around the ring and pulled down really fast, yanking the ring off, after doing that you camouflaged as fast as possible, because Adrien shot awake.

"Huh?" He questioned in a tired voice, you could hear him moving on the bed and you held your breath trying not to attract attention. And of course he had to look on this side, you stayed as quiet as possible as his head came down from the bed, his hair falling down, his eyes were right in front of you but you knew he couldn't see you.

You both where practically touching, your eyes widened as your stared at his. He closed his eyes and gave off a sigh before going back to the top of the bed, once you where sure that he was asleep you gave off a deep sigh of relief before heading back to the window and jumping out, then running back to your house where Plagg and Silhouette where alseep on your bed.

You saw the cute sight and decided not to disturb them so you transformed back and put the ring on your finger for safe keeping before falling asleep on a bean bag, waiting for the next horrible day to come...
