Sleep over? <chapter 5>

You woke up stretching, causing you to almost roll of the bed, but thankfully you stopped yourself. You have a small yawn then sat up looking around your room and started to get ready for school, doing your normal morning routine. When you finished, you yawned again.

"Geese, I'm so tired!" You said to yourself loudly, sort of mad since yet again you have another test... You walked down stairs to see Jackson and your dad standing in the kitchen, having a friendly talk. You walked up to them and grabbed (f/f) (favourite fruit) from the fridge and stood next to your father and taking a bite.

"Morning, Y/n." The two greeted, you waved then finished chewing.

"Morning!" You replied, "Jackson could you drive me to school today?" He looked at you some what confused, then your dad side hugged you.

"Any reason you don't want to walk to school today?" Jackson asked, you nodded then gave your reason. After having a small talk with everyone, your dad said you should get going so that is what you did.

"So any planes for today, Jackson?" You asked while you drove to school, he kept his eyes on the road then quickly looked at you then back at the road.

"Yeah, your father and I are going out to watch a game." He replied, you looked at him with a smile.

"So dad does have much work today?" You asked, Jackson nodded, " I remembered you told me that you and him were good friends back in the old days."

"Did you just call me old?!" He questioned, you looked away with a smile planted on your face.

"Noooooooooooooo, I would never...." You replied, the school taking up the whole view on your side of the car, "I'll be back." you got out the car and saw Adrien not far away, holding Silhouette you walked over to him and started to pat Silhouette after greeting Adrien.

"So, what's wrong Adrien?" you asked looking him straight in the eye, taking Silhouette away from him. (not in a rude way) He seemed hesitant to talk about it, he looked down and let out a soft, quiet sigh.

"I'll tell you when we are somewhere more private." You looked around and did see a lot of people so you nodded and told him you will be back in a bit, you walked back to Jackson and gave him Silhouette and told him to make sure he doesn't escape, and to maybe add a tracking device to the collar.

"Hey, dudes and dudettes we should have a sleep over." Nino stated, sitting behind you in class next to Alya and Marinette. You and Adrien had a whole seat to your selves, well the seats are only for two people but Alya managed to push her way onto it.

"Yeah sure, when and where?" Aly asked, you looked over at Adrien who seemed a liitle upset and not very talkitive on the subject. The bell rang signaling it was time for lunch, and since it is lunch and you are aloud to go out during lunch, you grabbed Adrien's arm running out of class and through the enterance. For the first few minutes he was just being dragged along the floor by you, butthen started to run ong side you.

"Y/n, where are we going?" Adrien asked, starting to catch up with you pace.

"Somewhere private, and you are going to tell me what's wrong." You replied still looking where you were going. After a couple of minuted you and Adrien finally arrived at bench, a little whiles away from the school, you too sat down and you looked straight into Adrien's eyes. He told you the whole story about his father and how he never understands him, you felt sorry for Adrien, having no one he can go to at home: a place where you are supposed to feel safe.

"Look, Adrien..." you took a deep breath, trying to find the right words, "just know that your friends are here for you, and if your dad doesn't want to understand that, so be it." Adrien let out a sigh, getting tired of talking about this subject.

"Yeah, Alright..." He replied with a sigh, "do you still want to go tp the sleep over Nino was talking about?" You nodded you head and gave a small smile.

"Only if you are coming too." You stated, "I'm not going to just leave you like this!" You kissed him gently on the cheek then grabbed out your phone and called Nino.

"Nino, where is the sleep over?" You asked.

"Alya's house." He replied, "did you and Adrien change your mind?"

"Yeah, and change of plans the sleepover is going to be at Marinette house." You stated, before he could say anything else you hanged up the phone.

"Y/n are you sure you want it at Marinette's house? After what happened?" Adrien asked, also standing up from the bench.

"I appreciate your concern, but I'm sure." You replied, "so go sneak back into your room and get you pj's ready, we're gonna have a party!" Adrien gave you a small smile the nodded his head, starting to sprint away into the darkness to an alleyway.

"So why did you change the location to here?" Marinette asked Nino, as we were all sitting on the floor in a circle still in our normal clothes.

"Sorry dudette, but I didn't change it." Nino stayed.

"Then who did?" She asked again, confusion flooding her voice.

"Y/n." Marinette's face quickly turned to you, you looked slightly at the ground not wanting to explain yourself.

"I just thought it would be nice, I mean, we always hangout somewhere else other than here so why not change it up a bit?" You stated, a smile sneaking onto your face.

"Y-yeah." She replied quietly, a smile also getting on her face. 'I think we are on good terms again.' You thought.

The night progressed, not much happening just a couple of friends hanging out and having a good time.

Okay everyone, I know I haven't been updating recently but I hope this kinda makes up for it. I have been working on it here and there and I just hope it is at least somewhat good?
