I won't be including inspirational quotes here. Inspiration just comes, no matter how seldom it is. If that's what you're looking for, just google it.
I also won't include activities to be done. As I said in the previous chapter, the activities can be anything. Listening to music, reading, watching a movie, running around a park. It could be anything.
