Something we can do is admit to are mistakes to the wrong we caused and say we are sorry because in truth we are all at fault. No matter what we have all caused trouble and we have said something we wish we could take back because hate will only bring you darkness. Forgive yourself and the others who have hurt you. Say your sorry or I forgive you say the truth. Don't be right be happy be true. Speak your mind pore your heart into your words because are voice is all we need because are mind is all we have. Don't ever hold back.
