His ex-wife appeared with an attorney, some witnesses, and an interpreter cause she couldn't speak English.

Hoffman- What about Eldo?

Clerk: He went alone.

Hoffman: I bet, he might have prayed for God before talking to the Judge.

Clerk: He was raised in a Christian family, he built his life in a world based on God's blessing, and it led him to seminary, where he dove deeply into theology, he believed in a protective God, so he believed that his faith would shield him from evil spirits or whatever, however, it didn't work in Worcester, a man destroyed his family, he no longer believes in anything he studied in Christianity.

Hoffman: He shouldn't have met a social climber, he shouldn't have met a bitch to become his son's mother.

Clerk:- Yeah, You're right! At the courthouse, he didn't like that fight, he said; " his son wasn't a piece of furniture to be won". The Judge was Susan Rici, a beautiful woman with short blond hair, She said that the probate court investigators spent two months conducting interviews with the people involved; they interviewed the couple, the child, the neighbors, school administrators, and co-workers from both sides, she also said she had enough information about the marriage issue, the decision depends on the hearings, the result of the investigations, and the closeness of the relationship between each parent and the child.

Hoffman- Yeah! It means Judge Susan Rici knew everything about her, even about the pregnancy.

Clerk: After a few minutes, she banged her gavel and said: " Sole custody, the child must be with the father" it means, he won his son's physical custody.

Hoffman: Great!, this bitch doesn't deserve to bring up the child.

Clerk: He picked up his son with his physical custody at hand ,  returned to New York, to take a flight back to Brazil.

Hoffman: Yeah!, That's the best decision.

Clerk: From New York, he called Rita to say goodbye, then she told him, that she had made a mistake, she was stupid, she couldn't be happy without him, she was wrong and misses him every day, then she said:" I've changed, I just want to prove it to you, come back to Worcester"
