Shisui's Story

~ Itachi's P.O.V ~

   I followed Pein and Konan up to his office. 'What could he possibly want to know?. . .'I pondered.When we got there, Pein sat at his desk with Konan at his side, a big mistake. . ."Is Konan your girlfriend?"

   Pein and Konan were shocked, and Shisui winked."Uh. . .Let's get on with the real subject." Pein started"If he truly is the Shisui Uchiha, he received the mangekyou at the age of seven, was reguarded as the strongest Uchiha of his time, then committed suicide." Pein continued, "May I ask why he committed suicide?"Pein asked.

   I was going to reply, but Shisui wanted to say it, instead,"I would call it self sacrifice. . . The leader of The Foundation, Danzo, did not agree with my plan of using my mangekyou to stop the Uchiha clan coup, and stole my right eye. . .and poisoned me. . .I committed self sacrifice, giving Itachi his mangekyou sharingan. " Shisui explained, and Pein nodded.

   "Good, you really are the real Shisui. You may leave my office, now." Pein said, and I held Shisui's hand as we walked out of his office.
